Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the diagnosis of the condition of the foot, and can be used as a screening method for identifying patients with transverse and longitudinal flatfoot, as well as with a hollow foot in military enlistment offices, medical and educational institutions.
From birth or at an older age, most people experience changes in the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot. The increasing load on the feet, associated with an increase in body weight, leads to aggravation of the deformation of the foot. Existing changes in the foot lead to a violation of its main functions: balancing, locomotor and spring. Given that the foot carries the main load, a violation of its function is reflected in the entire musculoskeletal system of a person and can lead to a number of chronic diseases in the future.
[1].As a prototype, a method for assessing the condition of the foot was selected, which consists in taking fingerprints (plantograms) of the plantar surface of the feet using a flatbed scanner and subsequent processing of these prints by the graphic-calculation method using a computer program [1].
However, the known method does not allow to determine the degree of deformation of the three sections of the foot, as well as the anatomical and functional state of the feet, to give a comprehensive conclusion and treatment recommendations depending on the deformation of the foot.
The task of the invention is the diagnosis of each of the three departments of the foot with the issuance of an opinion on their anatomical and functional state. The invention is aimed at improving the resolution of a flatbed scan, the depth and quality of diagnosis of foot pathology, the integrated assessment of the final conclusions by creating specialized diagnostic algorithms. This is achieved by the fact that the angle of deformation of 1 and 5 toes is divided into 3 degrees. Subsequently, taking into account the state of the forefoot, middle and hindfoot sections, individual and group reports are generated using diagnostic algorithms and their software computer implementation. The method allows to distinguish 4 groups of the anatomical and functional state of the foot (A, B, C and D), on the basis of which recommendations for treatment are issued in accordance with the patient’s foot deformity.
The difference of the present invention is that for the first time it is proposed to distinguish three degrees of deformation of the 1st and 5th toes of the foot, three degrees of the hollow foot, as well as 4 groups (A, B, C and D) and several subgroups (B1, B2, B3 and C1, C2 , C3) the anatomical and functional state of the feet, taking into account changes in all three departments of the foot. In addition, the use of diagnostic algorithms and their software implementation allows calculating the following indicators of the foot: arch height, total length, length of the front, middle and back sections, Weisslog index; Streater index; Streater-Godunov index, the total area of the plantar surface, the area of the front, middle and back of its departments. The method allows to give individual recommendations for treatment depending on the anatomical and functional state of the human feet.
Сущность изобретения поясняется чертежами: на фиг.1 представлена схема расчета показателей стопы; на фиг.2 представлены схемы стоп с 1-ой степенью плоскостопия с индивидуальным отчетом, заключением и рекомендацией по лечению (приложение 2); в таблице представлены данные по анатомо-функциональному состоянию стопы; в приложении 1 показаны результаты плантографического исследования.The invention is illustrated by drawings: figure 1 presents a diagram of the calculation of indicators of the foot; figure 2 presents the scheme of the feet with the first degree of flat feet with an individual report, conclusion and recommendation for treatment (Appendix 2); the table presents data on the anatomical and functional state of the foot;
The invention includes the following sequence of actions.
A scan of the patient's feet is carried out, after which the operator marks the feet in accordance with the sample (Fig. 1). A command is issued to create an individual report.
20°.The calculation of indicators of the state of the departments of the foot, taking into account the following indicators. The normal deviation angle of 1 finger does not exceed 15 °, and 5 fingers - 7 °. The first degree of deformation of 1 finger is in the range of 15-20 °, the second degree is 20-25 °, and the third is over 30 °. The first degree of deformation of the 5th finger is in the range of 7–11.9 °, the second degree is 12–19.9 °, and the third is over 20 °.
The definition of the foot condition group is made taking into account the following criteria:
