Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture and, in particular, to poultry farming (the use of degassed water for the treatment of hatching eggs).
(3).Known methods for producing activated (degassed) water (1, 2) and its use in animal husbandry for watering calves and ducklings (3).
It is known to use electroactivated water as a stimulant and detergent in the treatment of hatching eggs (4). This method, which we took as a prototype, is that the hatching eggs are alternately immersed in catholyte and then in anolyte. However, this method has several disadvantages: high-cost technology for producing electro-activated water, as well as low-tech processing of eggs.
The objective of the invention is to increase the hatchability of eggs and improve the safety of chickens in the postembryonic period by treating them with degassed water.
The technical result consists in the fact that at minimal cost, on affordable equipment, the hatchability of eggs increases, the waste of young animals decreases, the content of lysozyme and bactericidal activity in the blood serum of chickens increases.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that vacuum suction is used pre-heating the eggs in an incubator at a temperature of 37.6 ° C for 5-6 hours, and then aerosolizing the hatching eggs with degassed water in a descamer at a temperature of 18-22 ° C using SAG- 1 at a dose of 1.5-2 ml / m 3 followed by exposure in the cloud for at least 30 minutes.
The method is as follows.
Distilled water, taken into equilibrium with the gases of air (usually it takes three days), is taken as the starting one. Then the water is heated in an open container to 100 ° C, followed by cooling to 20 ° C with running water.
Such degassed water using a SAG-1 aerosol spray generator aerosolizes the hatching eggs after 5-6 hours of heating them in the incubator, using the vacuum suction method. As a result, penetration through the pores of the shell into the eggs of degassed water is achieved. Aerosol exposure is performed in the hatchery fumigatory at 18-22 ° C at the rate of 1.5-2 ml / m 3, followed by exposure for at least 30 minutes.
As a result of this, eggs are cooled to 20 ° C, due to which vacuum suction of degassed water is carried out.
1.Example 1
Hatching eggs of Belarus-9 cross-country chickens obtained from one parent herd while observing equality of weight, demolition time and shelf life. The number of eggs in each batch ranged from 400 to 500 pieces. After 5-6 hours of heating in an incubator at a temperature of 37.6 ° C, they are removed and placed in a descamer (18-22 ° C), where aerosol treatment with degassed water is carried out at a rate of 1.5-2 ml / m 3 . As control, eggs of the same batch treated with formaldehyde (according to farm technology) are used. The data obtained are presented in table 1. The hatchability of eggs in the experimental batch increased by 3.5% compared with the control. The serum lysozyme content in chickens at the age of 20 days increased 2.3 times (p <0.001), and bactericidal activity - 16.67% (p <0.01) were higher compared to the control.
2.Example 2
During the production inspection, the eggs of the Lomani Brown crosses obtained from one house during two days of collection were sorted into trays. One batch served as a control, the second was treated with degassed water. The data are presented in table 2. As a result of processing the eggs, their hatchability increased by 1.9%, and the young growth after 67 days of growing decreased by 2 times compared to the control.
