Abstract

FIELD: fur industry, in particular, equipment for application of pattern and coloring of fur.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame and support for accommodation of article, drive and driven shafts mounted on frame and on supports and equipped with sprockets for receiving thereon of two chain contours and drive sprocket on one of shafts, said drive sprocket being kinematically connected to step engine. Pipes of different lengths are attached to lower part of frame, said pipes being made in the form of multiple-row comb. Pipes are arranged in each comb row as their length is reducing and are positioned so that their angles of inclination relative to direction of advancement of article to be colored may be adjusted so as to reach intersection of sprays of atomized colorant with one another. Nozzles are fixed at the ends of each pipe. Depending on length and thickness of fur hair, depth of deepening of comb and distance between comb rows may be adjusted. Main pipes positioned between reservoirs filled with colorants are extending through colorant blowing device to which control unit is connected. Colorant is dosed and distributed through pipes by means of slide valves mounted on mains which may switch set of reservoirs filled with colorants to pipes for producing of multicolor image on surface.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by computerized, quick and high-quality shadeless coloring of fur, as well as application of compound multicolor patterns.

Description

The device relates to the fur industry, in particular, to devices for applying a pattern to the fur and dyeing it.

The known device AZhK-3 [S.A. Pushkin, Yu.A. Karagezyan, V.G. Root, K.G. Topolidi. "Equipment for footwear, leather goods and fur production", ed. "Phoenix", Rostov-on-Don, 2002], including a cylindrical vessel, closed at the ends by walls, inside of which a screw shaft rotates. A disadvantage of the known device is the inability to apply a pattern to the fur.

A device is also known (application for invention RU No. 93032379, IPC 6 В24С 1/04, 1996.03.10), having a frame and supports for placing the product, on which drive and driven shafts with sprockets are installed for the location of two chain circuits and a drive sprocket on them on one of the shafts kinematically connected to a stepper motor. The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the dyeing operation, the use of stencils that do not allow you to quickly change the pattern or pattern.

The technical problem solved by the claimed device is a computerized, fast, multi-colored dyeing of fur. As a result, you can get both a solid color and high-quality dyeing of a semi-finished product with drawings of any complexity.

The technical result is achieved by a device connected to a conventional computer in which an image of any color is created, with any pattern or pattern, subsequently applied by inkjet printing to the surface of the fur.

The inventive device (Fig. 1) consists of a frame (1) and a support (2) for placing the product, on which the drive and driven shafts with sprockets are mounted for the arrangement of two chain circuits and a drive sprocket on one of the shafts, kinematically connected to the stepper engine. It contains tubes (3) of different lengths attached to the lower part of the frame (1), made in the form of a multi-row comb, and in each row, the tube combs are installed as the length decreases; nozzles (4) located at the end of each tube; highways (5) passing through the device for injecting dyes (6), going from containers with dyes (7) to tubes (3); a control unit (8) connected to a device for injecting dyes (6); spool devices (9) located on highways for dosing and distributing dye through tubes.

The inventive device depicted in figure 2, operates as follows: the product to be painted (10) is placed on a support (2), leveled and fixed on it. After that, the support (2), moving, moves the product towards the nozzles (4) located on the tubes (3), immersed at different depths in the painted product. Moreover, their number is selected depending on the height of the hairline. The control unit (8) according to a predetermined program includes devices for injecting dye (6). The dye through the trunk (5) enters the tube (3) and through the nozzles (4) is applied to the hair, staining it. At the same time, it is possible to apply the drawing, carrying out color stretching, both in the plane of the product to be painted and in the height of the hair. In order to obtain additional colors when mixing the dyes of the tube (3), it is possible to change the tilt angles (Fig. 3) in the direction of motion of the painted product (10) so that the torches (11) of the sprayed dye intersect each other.

Depending on the length and density of the hairline, it is possible to adjust the depth of immersion in it and change the distance between the rows of the comb (size A, Fig. 1). At the same time, the spool device (9) (Fig. 4) located on the highways (5), if necessary, can simultaneously connect several containers with dyes (7) to the tubes (3) to obtain a multi-colored image on the surface.

A device for applying a pattern to the fur and dyeing it, consisting of a frame and a support for placing the product, on which the drive and driven shafts with sprockets are mounted for two chain loops and a drive sprocket on one of the shafts kinematically connected to the stepper motor characterized in that it contains tubes of different lengths attached to the lower part of the frame, made in the form of a multi-row comb, nozzles located at the end of each tube, highways passing through the device for pumping the edge senders going from containers with dyes to the tubes, a control unit connected to a device for pumping dyes, spool devices for dispensing and distributing dyes through the tubes. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the tubes in each row of the combs are installed in decreasing order of their length and are configured to change the tilt angles in the direction of movement of the product to be painted until the flames of the sprayed dye intersect with each other. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, depending on the length and density of the hairline, it is possible to adjust the immersion depth of the comb in it and change the distance between its rows. 4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spool device located on the highways can simultaneously connect several containers with dyes to the tubes to obtain a multi-colored image on the surface.
