2. The prior art

Already in ancient times, man drew attention to plants with a pleasant or pungent odor and widely used them to treat various ailments. To date, the properties of many plants and the nature of their effects on various pathologies have been studied in detail. For example, antiseptics: calamus, fir, eucalyptus, juniper, pine, thuja, cloves, thyme, mint, pine, rosemary, lavender, coriander, wormwood, geranium, tea tree. Other aromatherapy methods include baths, compresses, a sauna, a bath, and room aromatization using aerial lamps, oriental hookahs or sandalwoods, as well as recent flavoring cigarettes. A known method of aromatization of air by applying a deodorant to a substrate, for example, on a dense fabric, and the subsequent natural evaporation of aromatic substances (AS USSR No. 973132, class A 61 L 9/00, 1975).

The disadvantage of this method is that the constantly open and fairly large evaporation surface leads to the continuous oxidation of aromatic substances and, as a result, the impossibility of their long-term storage.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed one is the method of aromatization of air chosen by us as a prototype, in which a pocket inhaler with deodorizing filler is placed on the inlet of the patient’s nasal cavity (RU No. 2188673, class A 61 M 15/08, 9/01, 2000 g.).

The disadvantage of the prototype is the inconvenience of use, due to the need to disinfect the tubes inserted into the nasal cavity, and the possibility of injury to the latter.

3. Disclosure of invention

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency and quality of aromatization of inhaled air at low deodorant costs.

To achieve an appropriate technical result in the proposed method of aromatherapy, the aroma container is filled with a deodorant moisturizing through a hole in the walls of the container a deodorizing filler made of a porous material, the surface of which is covered with adhesive tape that prevents the uncontrolled evaporation of the deodorant, the adhesive tape is removed from the entire surface of the deodorizing filler or from a part thereof, fix the flavor on the nose or other parts of the body so that the deodorizing filler is placed the nose of the patient, and consume evaporation deodorant together with the inhaled air.

4. The implementation of the invention

The method is as follows. The fragrance tank is filled with a deodorant, which is filled through the holes in the container walls with the porous deodorizing filler located in the lower part of the container (the porosity of the filler increases its evaporation surface many times), placed in front of the patient’s nose. For this, the body is attached, for example, by means of a clip to the nose bridge or to other parts of the body so that the deodorizing filler is placed in the lower part of the body in front of the patient's nose. Since, in order to prevent uncontrolled evaporation of the deodorant, the surface of the deodorizing filler is covered with a hermetically sealed adhesive tape, the last or its part is removed, after which the deodorant fumes are used together with the inhaled air.

In this case, the deodorant evaporates, providing the patient according to his testimony with the appropriate therapeutic effects (for example, for asthma - this is anise, lavender, lemon balm, mint, etc.). To prolong the action of the device after a certain time, when the aroma of the deodorant becomes less saturated, the surface area of the deodorizing filler freed from the adhesive tape is increased. At the final stage of using the flavor, the adhesive tape is removed completely.

5. Technical results

In accordance with the objective of the invention, its main technical result is to increase the effectiveness of aromatherapy by placing it directly in front of the patient’s nose, which allows for low deodorant costs, long service life of the flavor and a very simple device design to ensure its effective impact on the user, without waiting for the entire volume to be filled premises. At the same time, unlike the prototype, in which the ends of the tubes of the inhaler are inserted into the nostrils, the use of the claimed proposal is comfortable and hygienic.

Together with the well-known property of the flavoring case: the placement of a deodorant in it, it has a new property: it is fixed, for example, on the patient’s nose, due to the elastic properties of the material, which, unlike the prototype, does not injure the patient’s nasal cavity. At the same time, a deodorizing filler made of a porous material ensures uniform deodorant evaporation without fear of dropping liquid into the nasal cavity (if, for example, the patient lifts his head).

Unlike the prototype, in which the patient’s nasal cavities act as an injector, sucking in large portions of deodorant, which may be excessive, the claimed proposal allows you to adjust the evaporation rate by dosing the deodorant applied to the evaporating surface.

An additional technical result is the ability to control the dose of deodorant (by removing part of the adhesive tape), which is especially important, for example, to correct the condition of patients with increased meteosensitivity (diseases of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems). After the procedure, the deodorizing filler may again be sealed with adhesive tape for future use.

Unlike the prototype, which uses inhalers inserted into the nostrils, one can state the civilized (at least hygienic) level of use of the invention.
