Abstract
Description
The invention relates to techniques for physiotherapy and can be used in the treatment of many diseases.
Known therapeutic devices, consisting of pulsed sources of laser radiation, power supplies and control systems. Such therapeutic devices are widely used in physiotherapy [1]. Further improvement of such devices is possible with the use of additional sources of physiotherapeutic effects, allowing combined with the main type of laser exposure.
The aim of the invention is to expand the field of physiotherapy and increase the effectiveness of treatment.
The invention is illustrated by the description and drawing. The drawing shows a lateral section of a serial therapeutic apparatus (TA) in the working area of laser pulsed radiation. Accepted designations: 1 - TA housing, 1A - AAA battery, 1 V - power supply and control system, 2 - pulsed laser, 2A - laser beam, 3 - electrodes, ZA - pulsed electric currents, 4 - epidermis, 5 - nerve tissue system .
Под действием напряжения на электродах при приведения их в контакт с кожей пациента в области очага поражения реализуется импульсная электротерапия (ИЭТ) и используется сочетано с лазерной терапией (ЛТ).Under the influence of voltage on the electrodes, when brought into contact with the patient’s skin, pulse electrotherapy (IET) is realized in the area of the lesion and used in combination with laser therapy (RT).
С. The basis of the IET is the impact of electric currents of less than 40 mA, and it is with alternating pulses of a damped form. Depending on the conductivity of the skin at the contact of the radiating head of Creole-LT, from 1 to 5 decaying pulses of duration from 5 to 25 μs occur in the area of exposure. Relatively steeper pulse fronts with a time of the order of 0.2-0.7 μs cause an avalanche-like movement of light unipolar ions of sodium, potassium, OH group, etc. and a change in their concentration on the membranes of nerve and muscle cells. Depolarization of sensory and motor elements occurs, single muscle contractions appear, giving the patient a pronounced subjective sensation of vibration. A similar effect is described in the work: A.G. Shiman et al. Physiotherapy of diseases of the peripheral nervous system. S.Pb., 2001, - 147 s.
The sum of the electrical deviations is close to zero and is compensatory in nature. This ensures the elimination of electrical asymmetries in tissues arising in the region of the threshold current T = 40 mA, the softness of the effect and good tolerance of the procedure to patients, the absence of side effects.
The Kreolka-LT apparatus, an infrared pulse laser generator of 890 nm, a power of 10 W per pulse with a repetition rate of 80 Hz, was combined with exposure to low frequency pulsed currents (IT) in clinical trials in the rehabilitation department of the GVV No. 3.
During the work, 42 patients with diseases of the spine and joints were under observation: 8 of them were diagnosed with lumbalgia, lumbaishialgia; 8 patients with shoulder-shoulder periarthritis; 12 patients with post-traumatic arthrosis; 10 patients with gonarthrosis and 4 patients with coxarthrosis; one patient with vertebrobasilar insufficiency, vertebral artery syndrome.
All patients had marked pain with limited mobility prior to treatment, a patient with VBI complained of headaches and heaviness in the head.
The procedures were performed according to pain points for 2 minutes, 3-5 points per procedure, the total exposure time of up to 10 minutes. The course of treatment consisted of 3-5 (before the removal of the acute pain syndrome) +2 procedures.
After treatment, the following results were obtained:
- у 25-ти пациентов отмечалось уменьшение болевого синдрома уже после 1-ой процедуры;- 25 patients showed a decrease in pain after the 1st procedure;
- к 3-5 процедуре болевой синдром купировался у 96% пациентов;- by the 3-5th procedure, the pain syndrome stopped in 96% of patients;
- обострение наблюдалось лишь у одного пациента с посттравматическим артрозом очень большой давности, с хроническим болевым синдромом.- exacerbation was observed in only one patient with post-traumatic arthrosis of very long prescription, with chronic pain syndrome.
- при ВБН отмечается уменьшение головных болей появилась "ясность" в голове.- with VBI there is a decrease in headaches, "clarity" appeared in the head.
Clinical trials have shown that the Creolka-LT apparatus is convenient to use, lightweight, small-sized, and provides quite high efficiency (96%) in the treatment of acute pain syndrome. It should be noted that the procedures were well tolerated by patients despite the severity of concomitant pathology and the elderly age of patients.
