Abstract

FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: catcher apparatus has diverging arms with belt and legs, which are attached on said arms. Apparatus is further provided with frame, tie-rods and flexible tension members. Each of diverging arms is pivotally connected with frame through bracket and leg, which is made L-shaped and equipped with tie-rod, to define parallelogram mechanism. Tension member is fixed with its one end on leg and with its other end to end of diverging arm. Legs are mounted so as to enable collapsing of apparatus.

EFFECT: simplified construction, convenient transportation, maintenance and storage of apparatus.

Указанное устройство предназначено для работы со стряхивателями на базе трактора. Его габаритные размеры не позволяют использовать его для работы с разрабатываемыми ручными стряхивателями, так как плодоуборочные установки с ручными стряхивателями предусмотрено транспортировать малыми транспортными средствами, в частности, легковыми автомобилями. Устройство включает рамку 1, кронштейны 2, лучи 3, тяги 4, Г-образные ножки 5, полотно 6 и упругие растяжки 7 с крюками 8. Каждый из лучей 3 шарнирно связан с рамкой 1, а также с помощью кронштейна 2 и Г-образной ножки 5 с тягой 4. Лучи 3, тяги 4 и кронштейны 2 в совокупности образуют параллелограммные механизмы. В рабочем положении растяжка 7 с помощью крюков 8 одним своим концом закреплена на ножке 5, а другим концом на торце луча 3. Операторы, взявшись за ножки 5, раскладывают устройство и, натянув резиновые растяжки 7, закладывают концы крюков 8 в торцы лучей 3.
