Heated massaging members are used in turn with cooling massaging members. Massaging members adapted to be heated are made from basalt and massaging members adapted to be cooled are made from marble. Massaging members are heated to temperature ranging between 40 C and 55 C, and cooled to temperature ranging between 15 C and 25 C.

The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, as well as medicine, as it relates to massage procedures that are performed both to restore health and to improve the appearance of a person.

There are many different methods of massage using a wide variety of tools.

Known, for example, is a massage method, where devices as a sphere made of various metal microelements are used as a massage element (see, for example, patent of the Russian Federation No. 2201440, class A 61 H 15/00 from 2001) . This method has limited use - specifically for restoring the motor ability of the hands and palmar surfaces of the fingers.

It is also known a device for massage, where magnetic stones are used as an active element, mounted in a spring-loaded working surface of the bed. The use of such a device is limited only to back massage (see, for example, US patent No. 6052852, class A 47 C 17/00 from 1999).

Closest to the claimed, is a method of rejuvenating the skin of the face and a device for its implementation, which consists in the fact that the patient’s skin is treated with nutrients and moisturizers, and then they produce a dynamic smoothing and forceful effect on predetermined skin areas with pre-heated massage elements of various shapes and sizes (see the patent of the Russian Federation RU No. 2070017, class A 61 H 7/00 from 1994). This method also has limited application and is not effective enough.

The technical result, the achievement of which the proposed solution is aimed at, is to increase the efficiency of the procedure and expand the area of use - massage of various parts of the body.

This is achieved by the fact that, simultaneously with the dynamic effect, they produce a static effect by placing massage elements under the back, along the spine, under the neck, on the sacrum and limbs of the patient, and applying elements on the front of the body in predetermined areas. Exposure to heated elements alternates with exposure to chilled massage elements, heated elements are made of basalt, and cooled elements are made of marble, while the elements are heated within 40-55 °, and cooling is from 15 to 25 °.

Massage elements are arranged in two sets. Marble is a material that is well processed, so a kit is made of marble that contains disks with a diameter of 5.5 to 9 cm and a height of 1.5 to 2 cm, disk plates with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm, a stone-headrest size, a stone-press (more massive) and a stone for power point impact in the form of a double cone (finger) with smooth vertices. Basalt is a stone that is difficult to process. However, in nature there is a wide variety of these stones in shape and size. Therefore, natural stones are selected that are close in shape and size to the stones made of marble, and form the second set.

This perception occurs through receptors - the sensitive ends of nerve fibers that record changes in surrounding tissues and transmit them in the form of impulses to the brain. Receiving excessive heat or cooling, the body tries to maintain the constancy of its environment and turns on the thermoregulation mechanism. Thus, the use of extreme temperatures on the surface of the body can affect through the central, peripheral and autonomic nervous systems, local and systemic circulation, hormonal functions, and respiratory and immune systems.

Basalt stones absorb heat very well and retain it for a long time, while marble retains and holds cold well.

Massage is performed as follows: the patient's skin is treated with cleansing, nourishing and moisturizing preparations, which are selected depending on the part of the body on which the massage is performed. After this, stones heated from 40 ° to 55 ° are placed under the patient along the spine, under the neck and on the sacrum. They lay the patient on his back, impose a series of heated stones from the press to the neck and on the patient's hands. With a cone stone, stroking and pressing movements are carried out in the region of the shoulder-neck, sternocleidomast, suprascapular and trapezius muscles. Then massage the patient's legs and feet.
