Description

The invention relates to medical equipment, and more specifically to packaging equipment, and can be used for long-term storage of medicines.

A device is known for storing medical preparations and preparing a medicine containing several containers in a hollow cylindrical body separated by transverse partitions, one of the containers is separated by a solid partition, other partitions have central openings through which a rod with destruction elements at the ends is passed. The rod is made with the possibility of going beyond the housing [1].

The disadvantage of this device is the inability to preserve the components of the drug due to the lack of tightness between the partitions.

The closest in its technical essence and the achieved technical result to the claimed object is a multi-chamber container for storing and mixing the drug, in which one of the chambers is separated from the rest of the containers by a solid partition and has a sealed lid [2].

The disadvantage of this device is the high probability of spontaneous mixing of the components and the complexity of the design.

The technical problem to be solved in accordance with the invention is the possibility of long-term storage of a multicomponent drug with the achievement of a technical result with respect to increasing the reliability and shelf life of components in separate isolated containers, effectively mixing these components and using the thus obtained drug for its intended purpose (for external or internal use or for injection).

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the container for storing components and preparing the medicine is made in the form of a hollow cylinder divided into at least three containers by transverse partitions, the first container having a sealed lid and separated by a solid partition, the remaining partitions are made with a central hole, and the second container as an element for the destruction of partitions contains a hammer connected to a rod passed through the central holes of the remaining partitions and you odyaschim outside the case. In this case, the rod is passed through the holes with a tight fit and is configured to feed in the direction of the solid partition until it breaks through with a striker and pulls it back to the stop of the striker and breaks through the remaining partitions. The first container is equipped with a mesh or nonwoven filter, a notch is made on the partitions, and a dovetail groove or groove is made at the end of the rod and the rod is provided with a ring or stop.

A lot of drugs are known, the therapeutic activity of which persists for a short time - from several hours to several minutes. And at the same time, there are conditions, for example, field conditions, where or in which it is necessary to provide emergency assistance with the short-lived medicines described above. The inventive container is just designed for long-term storage of short-lived drugs in the form of separate dry solid and liquid components and for their quick preparation by mixing.

As the material of the container, polymers or plastics, for example polystyrene, ABS plastic, polycarbonates, etc., are used. materials with the necessary strength and at the same time capable of being destroyed by mechanical stress.

The production technology of the inventive container does not go beyond the well-known technologies for processing plastics and molding products from them by injection molding, hot pressing, etc. The material of the container may be colorless, colored transparent, matte, opaque. Appropriate markings or necessary designations and technical information, such as the composition of components, shelf life, rules of use, etc., can be affixed to the container body.

The dimensions and shape of the container are determined by the dosage of the component stored in the form of the drug and the drug obtained in it. The number of isolated containers in a row can be from three or more, depending on the number of components that make up the drug.

The hammer in conjunction with the rod serves as a means for the sequential destruction of the partitions between the containers with components and at the same time as a means for forcing the components to mix. Of course, that the rod passing through the openings in the partitions between the containers is made with a tight fit to ensure tightness and to prevent the flow of liquid components between the containers in an inoperative state. At the end of the stem a thread or dovetail groove is made for fastening the ring or stop.

The shape of the striker is not decisive and can be different - round, star-shaped, perforated, etc. The main function of the striker is the destruction of the partitions between the tanks.

A notch was made in the partitions to facilitate their destruction during the mechanical action of the striker.

Filling the containers with the components of the drug is not difficult and can be done, for example, through openings in the side walls of the containers, followed by sealing. The essence and features, as well as the principle of operation of the claimed invention can be more fully represented, but not exhausted by explanatory drawings.

The inventive container (see Figure 1) is a hollow cylinder 1, divided into three containers 2, 3 and 4 by transverse partitions 5, 6 and 7. The container 2 is equipped with an airtight lid 8 and is separated by a solid partition 5. In the partitions 6 and 7 are made central holes 9 and 10. In the container 3, a striker 11 is placed, connected to the rod 12, passed through the central holes in the partitions 6 and 7. At the end of the rod, a thread 13 is made, on which the ring 14 is fixed. Under the cover 8, a filter 15 is installed in the container 2 .

The container works as follows.

The striker 11 is moved (see FIG. 2) by feeding the rod 12 in the direction of the solid partition 5 to the stop and break it. In this case, for example, the liquid medium contained in the tank 3 flows into the tank 2 and dissolves the solid dry component contained therein. Further, after complete dissolution, the rod 12 (see Figure 3) is pulled back to the stop of the striker 11 in the partition 6 and break it. In this case, the resulting solution, when mixing the components from containers 2 and 3, is mixed with the liquid or grease component contained in the container 4. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, open the lid 8 and pour the resulting drug through the filter 15, for example, on a tampon or on the skin for external use facilities. Upon receipt of a drug intended for injection, it is accordingly taken with a syringe, etc.

As can be seen from the description and the explanatory drawings, the claimed invention allows for the long-term storage of a multicomponent drug in separate isolated containers, effectively mix these components and use the thus obtained drug for its intended purpose - for external or internal use or for injection.

Claims (5)

1. A container for storing components and preparing a medicament, comprising a hollow cylinder divided by transverse partitions into at least three containers, the first of which is separated from the second by a solid partition, with the remaining partitions made with central openings through which the rod passes an element for the destruction of partitions, characterized in that the first container is equipped with a sealed lid, an element for the destruction of partitions is a hammer, and the rod extends beyond the body, is passed through the center the holes with a tight fit and is made with the possibility of feeding in the direction of a solid partition until it breaks through the striker and pulls back to the stop striker and breaks through the remaining partitions. 2.
