Abstract
Description
The field of technology.
The invention relates to medicine, to methods and methods for performing surgical and plastic operations. In particular, the invention relates to medical materials used in plastic surgery for cosmetic surgery.
The prior art.
Surgical threads for cosmetic operations are known (J. Zoltan. Operating technique and conditions for optimal wound healing. Budapest: Medicine, 1977).
The threads are made of various materials: metal, polymer, biological. General characteristics of threads: strength, smooth surface, density, bioinertness. The threads should be well tied into knots when stitching the wound, should not be untied.
Depending on the nature of the operations, various surgical sutures are used (International Conference "Modern approaches to the development of effective dressings, suture materials and polymer implants". M., Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery, 1995). These are threads from wires: tantalum, gold, silver, nickel, etc. Non-metallic threads are used from lavsan, nylon, nylon polypropylene, vicryl, polysorb, etc. Monolithic, woven, twisted, and others are used.
General characteristics of threads: strength, smooth surface, density, bioinertness. Also used are threads with protrusions at an angle with one-sided patency in tissues (patent DE 1810800 from June 4, 1970 A 61 L 17/00). They are used to suture wounds and various internal organs in order to accelerate manipulation, reduce surgical trauma and receive a subtle postoperative scar.
Correction of facial wrinkles with a decrease and loss of skin elasticity, ptosis (sagging) of soft tissues remains one of the main problems of cosmetic and aesthetic surgery. The use of the above surgical sutures does not allow to achieve the necessary aesthetic effect. Their disadvantage is that they can fix soft tissues in the existing position, but do not have a tightening effect, therefore, their use is ineffective for sagging and sagging soft tissues.
PCT/RU 99/00263.The closest to the merits of the claimed invention are the surgical thread (patent DE 1810800 A 61 L 17/00, 06/04/1970), the surgical thread (patent WO 98/52473, A 61 B 17/04, 11/26/98) suturing of open wounds during surgical operations, and surgical thread for cosmetic operations on the application PCT / RU 99/00263.
These threads are made with notches on their surface, while the notches are subordinate to the purpose of using these threads.
At the same time, the unilateral position of the notches on the surface of these threads does not allow lifting manipulation and, accordingly, cannot provide tightening and reliable fixation of soft tissues in a new position, which is especially important for obtaining stable, long-term results. It is also impossible to use for this purpose threads with notches-protrusions with their opposite arrangement from the middle of the thread, since needles are attached to them from one or two sides and threading in fabrics is possible only up to the middle of the thread.
Disclosure of invention
The problem is solved in that the surgical thread for cosmetic operations is made of metal (but not steel), polymer or biological material, contains inclined notches protruding successively along its length, which according to the invention are made in the form of cone-shaped burrs with pointed, flexible elastic ends ; while the burrs are located on one or more sides along the cross-section of the thread (for example, in a checkerboard pattern) with sequential alternation of the inclination of the burrs. This thread is not attached to the surgical needle, but is inserted into the soft tissue through the lumen of the injection needle.
The direction and location of the notches-protrusions provides, when the thread is inserted into the soft tissue, the fixation of the thread and, accordingly, the soft tissue.
It is advisable that the excess of the ends of the protrusions-notches above the thread was not less than the diameter of the thread, and the interval between the protrusions was not more than two diameters of the thread.
Alternatively, the thread can be made with burrs from its two opposite sides, and the directions of their inclination are also opposite to each other.
Another option is a thread on which notch protrusions are made on both sides with alternating directions of their inclination.
The third option is a thread on which burrs made from one or more sides are directed opposite each other from the middle of the thread.
Another option is a thread, on which the protrusions-notches are made in the form of needles with couplings mounted on a thread with alternating the direction of inclination of the needles.

The main embodiment of the invention.
3; 5.In figure 1, the
The excess of 6 endings of 4 burrs over the thread should be at least its diameter, and the
In Fig. 4, the inclined protrusions-notches of the thread are made in the form of
In FIG. 6 shows a pattern of holding a thread under a flaccid saggy area of soft tissues of an aging face in order to pull it up. The puncture needle 11 is injected through the skin of the temporal region, then the needle moves subcutaneously along a predetermined contour and is brought to the surface in the region of the nasolabial fold. Through the lumen of the needle, a thread with protrusions is introduced, the skin and soft tissues are attached a taut position.
7 shows a diagram where the needle is withdrawn and the thread is left, while maintaining the tightened position of the tissues, because notches prevent them from slipping, the ends of the
Then the ends of the thread on both sides are cut off at the surface of the skin and recessed subcutaneously. At the same time, the entire area of ptosed soft tissue is evenly pulled up, thereby wrinkles and folds of the skin are smoothed out.
Fig. 8 shows a longitudinal section diagram of a soft tissue site —
Several such threads, performed subcutaneously in the necessary areas of an aging face, create a rejuvenating effect. When using threads with a tightening effect, in many cases there is no need to carry out heavy surgical operations on the face like ritidoplasty or liposuction.
Manipulations with the use of such threads are simple and bloodless, do not leave scars, are performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia with a short rehabilitation period.
Industrial applicability.
The invention can be widely used, as shown, in various cosmetic operations. In addition, it can be used in other surgical operations.
