Description

Technical field

The claimed invention relates to means for hair care. Objects in which the claimed invention is implemented can be used in hairdressing salons, beauty salons, fitness clubs, etc. hairdressers, stylists, etc., as well as directly by the end user himself.

State of the art

Known double-sided comb according to patent RU 2019115, A 45 D 24/02, 09/15/1994, which contains a handle, base and comb with two identical rows of teeth directed in opposite directions. Known comb is mainly intended for use in hairdressers. It is assumed that a clean comb is used for each client, after use, the comb is disinfected before next use. A disadvantage of the known comb is that it is expensive, because due to its suitability for disinfection, it is made of stainless steel or titanium alloys. Its operation is also expensive labor and resource intensive. The design of the comb involves a periodic assessment of the degree of wear and suitability for further use, which allows for the possibility of errors that will reduce the quality of the function of the comb. The technology of using such a comb is not unconditionally safe. Indeed, the safe use of the comb in question will take place only if the established disinfection procedure is followed, as well as the uptime of the corresponding equipment.

Known comb on the application FR 2677234, A 45 D 24/04, 12/11/1992, which contains two articulated comb. The disadvantage of this comb is that in the case of personal and collective use on its teeth there are both water and fat-soluble contaminants, as well as water and fat-insoluble contaminants, microorganisms and microelements (organic and inorganic nature), and also particles of the epidermis and bacteria, which when reused will settle on the hair or scalp. From the point of view of collective safety, the probability of tooth contamination of the teeth with a blood near 0.1 is also important, while from the point of view of personal safety, the probability of teeth transferring malignant cells from the teeth in the case of teeth damage is close to 0.1. For obvious reasons, the application technology of this comb is not unconditionally safe. A collective user cannot distinguish a comb previously used by another user (s) from a new or cleaned one. Having damaged the comb skin of the head, the individual user continues to operate, although at the same time he could damage some neoplasm. In this case, it is also necessary to periodically evaluate the suitability of the comb for use.

A known set of combs according to patent US 6079421, A 45 D 24/34, 06/27/2000, which is the closest analogue of the claimed invention. This set includes the teeth of a comb. So, it contains six combs of various kinds. Some of them are made with a direct base, others with a semicircular, corresponding to the profile of any part of the head and having different linear sizes. The disadvantages of this kit are similar to those indicated above for other prototypes.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the claimed invention is to increase the health of the population through the use of disposable (for one act of hair care, for one day, one week, depending on the user's preferences) tooth sets with attachment elements to the comb / brush handle, hereinafter referred to as a comb and brushes for hair care.

The technical result from the use of the claimed invention is to A) ensure the absolute safety of the use of combs when B) reduce the cost, C) the material consumption and D) the complexity of their manufacture, D) delivery and E) operation. The technical result is associated with the possibility of using hair care, as well as when creating a hairstyle every time a new comb.

The claimed invention is also intended for G) to increase the convenience of hair care, H) to give the comb the status of a consumable material, I) to build universal devices for hair care.

The claimed technical result is also:

I) reducing the likelihood of conflict in hairdressing salons, beauty salons and other institutions that provide hair care;

II) the involvement in the mentioned institutions of persons whose ideas about hygiene, formed in the conditions of acquaintance with the real possibilities of infection with diseases of the hair and scalp, as well as blood diseases and malignant diseases, do not allow collective users of hairdresser's tools made of material that does not allow regular sterilization, with the possibility of direct contact with the hair and skin of the clients head;

III) reduction of the risk of the spread of disease;

IV) the possibility of disposing of used tooth sets with attachment elements to the comb handle from the point of view of a professional user by transferring it to the client for residual use, at which and for which it was removed from the disposable package;

V) creating conditions for high-performance and high-quality customer service, taking into account hygiene requirements that exclude the mentioned capabilities;

VI) creating conditions for high-performance and high-quality provision of the mentioned institutions with tools taking into account hygiene requirements that exclude the mentioned opportunities;

VII) creating conditions for high-performance and high-quality production of hairdresser's tools, taking into account hygiene requirements that exclude the mentioned possibilities, including in the manufacture of parts of combs from various materials, for example, to exclude the possibility of hair engagement;

VIII) the creation of conditions for the use of sets with teeth as a consumable, improving the quality of service, culture of service.

The essence of the claimed invention.

The following main distinguishing feature is included in the kit containing the teeth of the comb / brush: the teeth include at least one element of their attachment to the handle of the comb.

Possible implementations of the claimed invention are arranged as follows.

Using a handle with different mating parts, you can assemble a brush (Fig. 19 is a cross section of a brush) for styling or combing hair, in which the teeth are directed in different directions.

Note: combs of white color from combs of other colors are distinguished by the fact that, without creating special lighting conditions and without using a magnifying glass, pollution can be seen from the background of the best vision, such as hair or dirt left by the user's / client’s hands or the client’s hair, or a drop or smear of the product 35. In this case, the color of the areas of the comb in order to identify the product in the individual packaging of such a comb does not violate the conditions for attributing a white color to the comb.

As individual packages can be used cellophane or celluloid, or paper bags or bags of combined material.

A set of teeth may be dampened in a hair care product and / or in an aromatic and / or disinfectant 9. The tool may also be a composition of various preparations, for example cosmetic and / or perfumery.

Possible execution, in which the sets of individual packaging containing various means can be made of different material from the list containing cellophane, celluloid, paper, combination material, or may have a different color that identifies the means enclosed in them. So, for example, individual packages containing disinfectants can be made with red patches, including aromatic preparations with blue patches, including hair care products with green patches.

The user, by the color of the package or by the color of the set of teeth, if it allows identifying the means enclosed in his individual package, or by the material of the individual package selects the set of teeth with the tool of interest and sets it on the handle.

Thus, the user receives devices, variants of which are shown in Figs. 5, ..., 8. After which the user can begin to operate it.

When assembling a set of teeth with a handle, the user connects them through the fastening element 11 (Fig. 9, ..., 14) and the corresponding counterpart 12. For this, he can insert one into the other (Fig. 9, ..., 12) or attach one to the other (Fig.13, 14) using a variety of mechanical locks, press and transition fit, wedge-shaped joints, adhesive materials 13, 14, pins 16, threaded parts, etc.

So, for example (Figs. 7 and 9), the user can move the slider - fastener 11 along the guide handle 10 - the reciprocal part 12 to the desired relative position of the set of teeth and the handle.

Moreover, the use of shortened sets of teeth is especially effective. The user does not need to track the accuracy and reliability of the attachment of the set of teeth with a handle. When using an electromagnet, the process of disconnecting tooth sets from the handle is also simplified. A simple shutdown of the electromagnet will weaken the connection of the set of teeth with the handle, as a result of which the sets of teeth, for example, under the influence of gravity will leave such a connection. When using an electromagnet, at least close to one of the fastening elements, an electric coil with a core can be located.

After assembling the comb / brush, the user proceeds to its direct operation, for example serving the client.

The white color of the tooth sets emphasizes their cleanliness, reflecting the one-time use.

After using the comb, the user disconnects the set of teeth from its handle and replaces it with a new one. If necessary, the user replaces the handle itself. So, the hairdresser replaces the used set with teeth after serving each client, and the individual user, for example, after the next washing of the head or every morning, or every time after combing or styling the hair. Accordingly, the inventive kit may include from 5 to 30 of said tooth sets or more than 30 of said tooth sets. For a hairdresser, the inventive set may include the number of sets of teeth, equal, for example, to the number of clients per day, and for an individual user, approximately equal to the number of days in a month. The main purpose of the claimed invention is to reduce the material consumption of disposable combs by isolating from the comb details of long-term use - handles and details of short-term use - a set of teeth. This is, inter alia, a solution to the environmental problem associated with the disposal of disposable items. Using a composite comb / brush will allow more than one and a half times by weight to reduce material consumption.

It is important that a set of teeth without a handle can be designed from approximately equal-thickness parts. This means that the requirements for tools and equipment intended for the manufacture of such sets of teeth, in particular, the requirements for cooling the cast set of teeth, will be substantially lower. The marriage will be reduced, the maintainability of the tool (for example, molds) will increase. In this case, attention should also be paid to the possibility of designing a set of teeth with an average sectional area of its parts that is more than two times smaller than that of a comb that includes a set of teeth and a handle. These two circumstances make it possible to reduce the time for manufacturing a set of teeth (for example, for casting such a set of plastic to close the mold) by more than one and a half times.
