Questa invenzione trova applicazione in tutti quei settori commerciali dove avviene la somministrazione di generi alimentari, (panifici, salumerie, gelaterie etc.) ed il prodotto venduto passa direttamente dalle mani del venditore al consumatore, quasi sempre senza il rispetto delle piu' elementari norme igienico sanitarie, molto spesso accade infatti che ii titolare di una panetteria sprovvista di cassiere, provveda alla somministrazione del pane e contemporaneamente ritiri con le stesse mani il denaro. E' evidente che passando per le stesse mani nude sia il denaro, a carta che moneta, che pu?' essere portatore di germi e quindi di malattie, sia il pane i salumi etc. si disattendono le pi? elementari norme igienico - sanitarie quali ad esempio la L.N. n? 283 Art.42 che testualmente cos? recita: " li personale deve curare le pulizie dello per/ono ed in particolare delle moni e deve eseguire il proprio lavoro In modo Igienicamente corretto?. Gi?' da parecchio tempo nella stragande maggioranza dei paesi Europei e negli Stati Uniti d'America tali norme sono osservate e rigidamente applicate. L'apparecchio da noi ideato consiste in un guanto semirigido in tessuto leggermente imbottito ed una base costituita da un piano inclinato sulla quale viene fissato II guanto stesso. Tutto l'apparecchio viene collocato stabilmente sul bancone della somministrazione in modo tale da poter essere di facile utilizzazione da parte del titolare dell'esercizio. Il guanto e' realizzato in tessuto lavabile semirigido di colore bianco ed e' dotato di un collarino metallico che avvolge la zona intorno al polso in guisa tale da consentire il fissaggio dell'intero guanto alla calamita posizionata sulla base d'appoggio. Tale collarino rigido mantenendo il guanto aperto consente un rapido inserimento e disinserimento della mano dell'addetto alla vendita. La base d'appoggio che ha forma di cuneo e' realizzata in materiale plastico di colore bianco e serve da supporto per il sopracitato guanto.
