The utility model relates to technical solutions in the field of containers and packaging and can be used to create packaging made from a flat blank divided by fold lines and used, in particular, for food products of cafes and fast food restaurants, in particular, those selling takeaways.

Folding packaging is known [RU 39575, U1, B65D 5/36, 08/10/2004], formed from a flat blank separated by fold lines and containing four side walls, while the edge side walls are connected to each other by means of, predominantly, an adhesive layer, for which one of the edge side walls is equipped with a side valve, and a closing base formed by two internal valves and two closing valves connected to the corresponding side wall and arranged alternately, made in the form of a trapezoid, the larger base of which is located at the corresponding side wall, with each closing valve located outside the respective inner flap and connected thereto, preferably by gluing, and each of the closing flaps is provided with a first V-shaped cutout located in the middle part at the smaller base, a second V-shaped cutout located in the lower part of the side thereof, and an additional fold line connecting the tops of the first and second V-shaped cuts, the side walls being made in the shape of a trapezoid.

The disadvantage of this packaging is its relatively narrow functionality, since when folded it is designed to accommodate mainly one product, which narrows its scope.

The peculiarities of this technical solution are that, when making folding packaging from a flat piece of food packaging material, mainly food cardboard, it is glued into a pipe by overlapping opposite sides using an adhesive seam, and then the pipe is given a flat shape in such a way that the adhesive seam is located in the middle, while the two glued sides of the flat workpiece are straight and mutually parallel, and the other two sides have a concave shape, and the flat workpiece is divided by pre-prepared fold lines into three parts - two equal parts of the bags, and between them a part of the base, Moreover, the width of the part of the base between the fold lines corresponds to twice the height of the circle segment, at the intersection of these lines with the lines limiting the circle segments, technological holes are made, and all prepared fold lines crossing the adhesive seam have wedge-shaped notches for the width of the seam made on the inner layer cardboard forming the adhesive seam.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the relatively low stability of the folding packaging when filled with products if it is placed for the main type of use on a horizontal surface of a table or counter, as well as the complexity of assembly at the point of use.

The closest technical solution is folding packaging [RU 198613, U1, IPC B65D 5/36, 2019.12.16], made from a flat blank of food packaging material, mainly food cardboard, divided by fold lines into elements forming the packaging, characterized in that the elements that form the packaging are two multidirectional truncated pyramids, connected to each other along fold lines, fixed into a rigid shape using an adhesive layer, and the shape of the resulting packaging allows this packaging to be easily and firmly fixed to the bottle, and the packaging design allows the finished rigid shape to be folded into flat shape and restore the final rigid shape back, folding packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that there are slots in the upper part of the packaging, with the possibility of installing additional modules in them, with the ability to place containers for sauce, coffee in a cup, or even dog, dessert.

The disadvantage of the closest technical solution is that the packaging can only be used with a bottle of a certain size, which limits the possibility of its use, as well as the need to assemble the packaging at the point of use, which increases service time.

The problem that is solved in the proposed utility model is the creation of a folding package formed from a flat blank divided by fold lines with the possibility of attaching to bottles of different sizes, to a glass, used, in particular, for food products of cafes and fast food restaurants, in particular, retail takeaway, designed for consumption of food and drinks while standing or on the go, and having broader functionality regarding the possibility of placing drinks in different containers, respectively, in bottles of different sizes and glasses, and also thanks to the combination of vertical cuts and fold lines allows recess the top of the inner pyramid inward with the possibility of placing a glass of hot drink, in particular coffee, in the resulting recess.

The required technical result consists in expanding the functionality, which is realized by introducing an additional arsenal of technical means that provide the ability to attach the packaging to a bottle of different sizes, attach the packaging to a glass, and also place a glass of a hot drink, in particular coffee, in the packaging.

The task is solved, and the required technical result is achieved by the fact that the folding packaging is made of a flat blank of food packaging material, mainly food cardboard, divided by fold lines into elements forming the package, according to the utility model, the elements forming the package are two multi-directional truncated pyramids connected to each other along fold lines, fixed into a rigid shape using an adhesive layer.

In addition, the required result is achieved by the fact that fastening holes are made in the inner pyramid, which are a combination of vertical cuts and horizontal cuts, allowing the use of bottles of different sizes, or a disposable glass.

In addition, the required result is achieved by the fact that, thanks to the vertical cuts and fold line, it becomes possible to recess the top of the internal pyramid inward and use the resulting recess to place a glass of a hot drink, in particular coffee.

Folding packaging is made from a flat piece separated by fold lines, from food packaging material, mainly from cardboard, it forms an original shape, which consists of two multidirectional truncated pyramids, 1, 2, connected to each other along fold lines 3. And when the upper part of the inner pyramid is recessed, it allows you to place a glass with a hot drink in the resulting recess and also place food products in the package. In this case, the drink is taken for consumption from the recess and put back, the package with a glass and food is held in this case with one hand at the bottom of the package.

Also, for ease of assembly, storage and transportation, the packaging is assembled, stored and transported flat, and is easily brought into a spatially rigid shape at the point of use. Fig. 6, 7, 8, 9.

The side walls of the package, in the upper part, can be made with a figured edge. Information about the product and/or advertising information, including information made with luminescent (glow in the dark) paints, can be applied to the outer surface of the side walls.

The packaging is assembled as follows:

The rigidity of the base is ensured by the proposed packaging design, in which the base is in the form of a square, and the side walls are in the form of truncated pyramids.

The proposed design of folding packaging allows you to easily and firmly attach it to a bottle of different sizes or to a glass.
