The invention relates to medicine and is intended to perform ophthalmic operations.

State of the art

Known operating tables with removable tables. Using clamps, the table is attached to the operating table. However, such tables are inconvenient when performing ophthalmological operations (see AS No. 178046, A 61 G 13/00).

The disadvantage of this invention is that the support racks are mounted on both sides of the surgical table, its width sets the width of the panel. Having 4 support racks, difficulties arise when setting the height of the panel. The operated person practically lies on a single surface and, with the accidental movement of any limb, the head will naturally not remain motionless, which will cause the surgeon's discontent. The space under the panel is cluttered, and the surgeon will not be able to properly place his legs in a sitting position. The assistant is also uncomfortable in a sitting position.

The implementation of the invention

The removable table consists of a panel 1 (Fig. 1), in which there is a cutout 2, and it is equipped with a support column 3 curved in the horizontal and vertical plane. The vertical ends 4 are included in the clamps 5 mounted on the end wall 6 of the surgical table 7. The panel 1 is connected to the horizontal part of the support column 3 (figure 2). A “hammock" 8 is hung on the panel 1. The right part of the “hammock” 8 (Fig. 3) is attached with a zipper to the right end of the cutout 2. The left end of the “hammock” 8 is also attached with a zipper to the drum 9 mounted on the bottom of panel 1 on the right side. The drum 9 (figure 4) consists of a drum 9, a flywheel 10 and a locking device 11.

The removable table is part of the surgical table 3. Attaching the table 3, the support stand 3 is inserted into the clamp 5 and at the same time, the height of the panel 1 is set above the surgical table 7. After that, the patient is placed on the surgical table 7, and the patient’s head is placed in a “hammock” 8. The surgeon sits on a chair (figure 1). Currently, operations are carried out on the surgical table, where the body and head are on the same level, and it is almost impossible to change this position during the operation, but this is possible thanks to the proposed design.
