SUBSTANCE: one should perform 3-5 procedures of deep intestinal purification due to its irrigating with Carlsbad salt solution and additional supply of ozone or oxygen. One should apply 1-2%-Carlsbad salt solution and perform 3-5 procedures at solution's temperature being 30-36.6 C. The method enables to carry out colonohydrotherapeutic procedures by causing no discomfort body state and affect the whole body more efficiently.

Description

The invention relates to methods for healing the body using global bowel irrigation - hydrocolonotherapy.

It has now been proven that many of the human diseases, such as skin diseases, allergies, hypertension, arthritis, hemorrhoids, respiratory failure, fatigue, cancer, are the result of toxicosis of the large intestine.

The large intestine about 2 m long consists of two parts: the colon and the rectum. The colon secretes mucus, which is necessary to protect the walls of the intestine and to promote its contents. There are three main functions of the large intestine - absorption, evacuation and excretory. For 12-18 hours, about 2 kg of the nutritional composition passes through it, while vitamins and amino acids are absorbed. The walls of the intestine produce digestive juices with enzymes. The large intestine of a healthy person contains a large number of bacteria that make up the normal microflora necessary for the functioning of the whole organism, representing a natural immune barrier.

However, in the process of life, over time, toxins, mucus, fecal stones, bacteria, mold formed during the decay of food, and other harmful substances accumulate in the large intestine, forming the so-called “toxins”. As a result of contamination of the intestine, its functions are violated, which in turn leads to the appearance of all kinds of pathological disorders, premature aging of the body.

Thus, timely cleansing of the intestine can be of great importance for healing the body. Bowel cleansing helps to restore in it a slightly acidic environment necessary for the normal functioning of microorganisms, normalize peristalsis, restore the necessary thickness of the intestinal wall, establish full calorific and energy-generating functions.

The simplest and most popular way to cleanse the colon is an enema. Enema can be herbal, honey, based on laxatives, oil. Traditional enemas are administered in the form of a 2-liter solution using an Esmarch mug (Complete body cleansing, edited by A.V. Moroz, M., ACT, 04/10/2003).

For example, there is a method for treating self-intoxication syndrome in chronic diseases of internal organs by cleansing the body by washing the intestines with a solution of drinking soda during the first week and infusions of choleretic and anti-inflammatory herbs during the second week every other day in the form of enemas (RF Application 93036136, publ. 10.10. 1996). However, the method allows you to clean only the rectum and the lowest part of the colon.

There is also known a method of cleansing the intestines using subaquatic baths, which consists in taking a bath at 37-38 ° C for 5-6 minutes, followed by repeated washing of the intestine with a gradual increase in the amount of injected fluid (Z.I. Duduk and others. Treatment with cleansing and clay, Minsk, Contemporary writer, 1999, pp. 77-78). This method has a significant number of contraindications.

Currently, a number of Russian clinics have mastered the procedure of colon hydrotherapy or global intestinal irrigation (GLOK). The procedure is that up to 60 liters of water is supplied to the large intestine without pressure at a temperature of about 38 ° C using a special device under the supervision of a doctor. The indicated technique is relatively new for our country, while abroad it is quite widely used as a means of healing the body or treating certain intestinal diseases.

For example, a system and method for colon hydrotherapy is known in which solutions containing deodorizing, disinfecting and laxative agents are used for washing (US Pat. No. 5,860,916 A, publ. 01/19/1999).

Researchers in this field are faced with the task of developing means for carrying out such procedures that do not cause an uncomfortable state and allow a more effective effect on the body as a whole.

To solve this problem, we developed an original method of healing the body by carrying out colon hydrotherapy using mineral healing water in Karlovy Vary, which allows us to bring the conditions of balneological resorts closer to the place of residence of a large number of patients.

The use of mineral waters is one of the popular ways of healing, which has a long history. Mineral waters were used by famous doctors of the past Hippocrates, Fallopius. In Russia, the first information about mineral springs and their therapeutic use was published in 1627.

Currently, mineral waters are used in the form of drinking, gastric lavage, duodenal drainage, irrigation of the oral cavity, inhalation, enemas, underwater washing of the intestine.

The cleansing and healing effect of mineral waters is determined mainly by the following factors: total mineralization, ionic composition, the presence of active ions, organic substances, gases, temperature, the reaction of the medium and radioactivity.

About 50 different chemical elements were found in mineral waters, however, the most frequently encountered and affect the healing properties are cations of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and anions Cl ^- , SO $\genfrac{}{}{0ex}{}{\text{-}}{\text{4}}$ NSO $\genfrac{}{}{0ex}{}{\text{-}}{\text{3}}$ . 80-90% of the organic substances of mineral waters are represented by humins and bitumen. However, with a total content of more than 40 mg / l in water, the toxic effect of organic substances is manifested. According to the reaction of the medium, water is divided into slightly acidic (pH 5.5-6.8), neutral (pH 6.8-7.2), slightly alkaline (pH 7.2-8.5). Water temperature depends on the zone of water formation, the deeper the zone, the higher the temperature. Water temperature has a certain effect on intestinal motility.

Karlovy Vary mineral salt is produced by evaporation of mineral water from a world-famous thermal spring. This salt contains all active natural components in exactly the same amount as the thermal water flowing from Karlovy Vary springs. Thermal salt production occurs using special equipment and with exceptional hygiene control. The consumer is guaranteed that he receives a product containing all the necessary components that contain the sources of the world famous spa and which will allow for a drinking treatment course, not only in Karlovy Vary, but also at home.

The method consists in carrying out hydrocolonotherapy, including the introduction of a 1-2% solution of Karlovy Vary mineral salt in an amount of 30-60 l at a temperature of about 30-38 ° C.

Our proposed method of healing the body by carrying out hydrocolonotherapy using Karlovy Vary mineral salt is highly effective and can be used for the following diseases: functional diseases of the stomach and upper small intestine, gastric ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, biliary dyskinesia, in including postcholecystectomy syndrome, chronic diseases of the pancreas and liver, diabetes mellitus, obesity and lipid disorder BMENA prevention and treatment of urinary stones and gout.

The natural soluble Karlovy Vary salt (see table 1) is a natural preparation that dissolves in water in the required concentration. This water, after dissolving the mineral salt in it, is a medium-saline natural healing water. The possibility of new use and the necessary healing properties are manifested as a result of the optimal ratio of the main components: 40% bicarbonates, 40% sulfates with the addition of 20% sodium chlorides. The specified ratio allows you to achieve the most optimal results of deep cleansing of the intestine.

The quick direct and indirect effect of water on the body occurs due to the direct influence of the quantity, temperature, osmotic pressure and individual anions and cations on the mucous membrane of the digestive tract and on its internal receptors, as well as moderately on the smooth muscles of the walls.

Subsequent effects occur due to the fact that the mucous membrane of the small intestine has a resorption region rich in receptors, as a result of which gastrointestinal hormones are activated. The effect on the genitourinary system is associated with the diuretic effect and the effect on the urinary canals.

The hydro-carbonate-sodium component has a neutralizing, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on the gastric mucosa and stimulates gastric secretion. During intake on an empty stomach, a decrease in internal secretion is possible, elimination of increased acidity. Increased exposure to insulin, glycogen deposition. The effect of ammonium stones decreases and a long-term reconstruction of uric acid metabolism occurs.

Colonohydrotherapy, according to the developed technique, is carried out using, in particular, as a hardware unit and intestinal hydrotherapy system HC-200PLUS, manufactured by TRANSCEN-DENCLA AS Comerciales S.L. (Spain) under the brand name “SONDICA”.

In the drawing, under reference numeral I, there is indicated a graduated irrigation tank connected to a 45-treatment preparation button to operate automatically. Solutions of Karlovy Vary salt are poured into container I, possibly with the addition of trace elements, salt water, medical solutions, for example, nougrisorbosan or calcium lact, and ozone or oxygen can also be supplied.

The method of colonohydrotherapy is as follows.

Under the supervision and constant presence of a doctor, open the valves for cold and hot water on the water main, turn on the power switch 1, open the mixing valve of the flow regulator 12 to the maximum (counterclockwise), by adjusting the temperature regulator 13 select the required operating temperature. Press the preparation key 10 and using the water pressure regulator 11 select the working flow rate by rotating the black control knob located at the bottom of this regulator. When you turn the knob clockwise, a smaller amount of water enters the device, and when rotated counterclockwise, a larger amount of water. Thus, turning this knob selects the working flow rate. The user is advised to maintain the flow rate within 30-60 liters per hour, but it is possible to use higher values of the working flow rate without jeopardizing the patient. Then, the irrigation time counters 14 and the liter counter 15 are reset to zero. Using the temperature indicator 9, make sure that the desired temperature has been reached. If the required temperature does not correspond to the set temperature, an additional adjustment of the temperature regulator 13 is carried out. Place the patient in an elbow-elbow position on the left side, attach a thin tube to the irrigation outlet bushing 23 on the apparatus, and a thick tube to the excretion inlet 26 to the patient, previously having disconnected the flexible hose 25. Insert the tip into the rectum and remove the obturator after administration. Disable the preparation key 10 by pressing it a second time. To reset the timer, procedure time 16 turn off and on the device. Set the timer for the required time (the recommended procedure time is 35-45 minutes), the green LED starts flashing and the countdown begins. Press the irrigation key 2 to enter water through the rectal system, but without filling the gut, drain it into the sewer. To fill the intestine, press the fill key 5, while during the filling of the intestine, the pressure gauge shows the pressure in the intestine. If the patient feels strong bursting and discomfort, press the quick emptying key 4. When the pressure on the gauge reaches 100 Mbar, the device automatically turns off the irrigation key 2 and turns on the quick emptying key 4. The device also has a “slow emptying” mode, when the sewer valve is not fully opened. This mode is activated using the slow emptying key 3 by holding. During emptying, the patient is given a massage on the projection of the colon on the anterior abdominal wall in a clockwise direction, and the patient does breathing exercises (breathing with the diaphragm). Filling and bowel movement is repeated throughout the procedure. At the end of the procedure, press the quick emptying key 4 and make sure that the patient’s intestines are as empty as possible. To stop the procedure, press the stop key 7, remove the rectal set from the intestine and disconnect the tubes from the apparatus. Before disposal, the used rectal kit is disinfected.

For the use of therapeutic solutions, pour the solution of Karlovy Vary mineral salt into a glass flask 39, open the flask tap, remove the flask lid, set the water pressure regulator 11 to a speed of 30-35 liters / hour, press the fill key 5, wait for the visual control tube to fill up and thick a rectal collection tube, after which a water pressure regulator 11 is installed and held during the entire time of administration of the treatment solution. After the introduction of the treatment solution, the patient holds it for 5 minutes, then press the quick emptying key 4 to remove residues. After the procedure, the device is disinfected using disinfectants such as: SEPTODOR-Forte, Lizafin or Sidex for 15-30 minutes.

The following are specific examples of the invention.

Example 1

Patient L., born in 1949.

He fell ill in June 2002, there was a fever, malaise. An examination of the blood revealed 80% of lymphoblasts. The patient was prescribed drug therapy - prednisone in large doses. The treatment was difficult, my appetite was gone. There was nausea, vomiting. Constipation, enterocolitis, enlarged liver.

The patient was prescribed a course of 6 ™ sessions of hydrocolonotherapy from a solution of Karlovy Vary salt. The concentration of the solution is 1-2%, temperature 30 ° C.

The condition improved, appetite appeared, stool returned to normal, distention of the abdomen and increased flatulence did not bother, nausea and vomiting stopped. The patient continued treatment for the underlying disease and transferred it without complications.

Example 2

Patient A., born in 1960.

It was observed in the clinic for peptic ulcer of the duodenum, chronic gastritis with increased secretory function, chronic colitis with reduced intestinal locomotor activity. Exacerbation of the disease is noted 2-3 times a year. He is constantly on medical treatment.

A course of 4 ^x colon hydrotherapy sessions was carried out using a solution of Karlovy Vary salt with the addition of nutrisorbosan. The concentration of the solution is 2%, temperature 36.6 ° C.

The condition has improved, the risk of private exacerbations of peptic ulcer has decreased, mood and well-being have improved.

The author’s developed methodology for colon hydrotherapy using Karlovy Vary mineral salt is a new form of struggle with metabolic disorders, overweight, fat deposition and premature aging.

This method of healing the body using the proposed method of bowel cleansing has quite broad prospects for practical use in a hospital or outpatient setting and allows for the efficient use of natural Karlovy Vary salt, eliminating the need for a direct stay in the spa, which is for most people, especially for socially disadvantaged and poor people is very relevant.
