Abstract

FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of agent of vegetable origin that can be used for treatment of ophthalmic demodecosis and prophylaxis of its relapses in ophthalmological practice. Agent represents common wormwood alcoholic tincture. Agent elicits high acaricidic and anti-inflammatory effect, weak irritating and toxic-allergic effect as compared with other similar preparations.

EFFECT: improved, enhanced and valuable medicinal properties of agent.

Кроме того, мазевая основа вызывает дискомфорт в области глаз и заметна в виде жирного слоя на коже век. Полынь горькая (Artemisia absinthium) содержит гликозиды, эфирное масло, хамазулен, алкалоиды, флавоноиды, фитонциды, кумарин, который парализует дыхательную мускулатуру клещей (Д.А.Муравьева, Фармакогнозия, М., 1991, с.199-200). Препараты полыни стимулируют функцию пищеварения, обладают антибактериальным, противовоспалительным, антигельминтным, желчегонным и ранозаживляющим действием (Горбунова Т.А. Атлас лекарственных растений. - М., 1996. - С.228). Настойку полыни горькой (на 70% спирте в соотношении 1:5) применяют в качестве горечи для усиления деятельности органов пищеварения (М.Д.Машковский. Лекарственные средства. По предложенному способу проведено лечение 20 больным демодекозным блефароконъюнктивитом в возрасте от 40 до 70 лет. У всех больных получен положительный терапевтический эффект, при этом средняя длительность клинических проявлений демодекозного блефароконъюнктивита составила 16,2±0,4 дней, у 3±3% отмечены токсико-аллергические реакции, рецидивы отмечены у 19±7% больных в сроки от 4 до 8 месяцев.According to the proposed method, 20 patients with demodectic blepharoconjunctivitis at the age of 40 to 70 years were treated. Выявлена высокая акарицидная эффективность спиртовой настойки полыни наряду со слабовыраженным раздражающим действием. Кроме того, способ применения препарата в виде спиртовой настойки более удобен с косметической точки зрения по сравнению с мазями, так как не вызывает дискомфорт в области глаз и не оставляет жирного слоя на коже век. Лечение ДБК проводилось цинк-ихтиоловой мазью и спиртовой настойкой календулы путем смазывания краев век 2 раза в день. После нанесения мази на веки в течение 15-20 минут больной испытывал жжение и дискомфорт в области глаз. На 7-й день лечения обнаружено 3 клеща, на 14-й - не обнаружено. Длительность зуда век составила 7 дней, чувства инородного тела - 10 дней, клинических проявлений ДБК - 20 дней. Рецидив ДБК через 3 месяца.Example 1. Лечение: смазывание краев век спиртовой настойкой полыни 2 раза в день в течение 3-х недель. Раздражающего действия у спиртовой настойкой полыни не отмечено. На 7-й день лечения Demodex не обнаружен. Длительность зуда век - 3 дня, чувства инородного тела - 4 дня, клинических проявлений - 13 дней. На протяжении 6 месяцев рецидивы не отмечены.Example 2.
