The technical result, which the claimed utility model is aimed at achieving, is the implementation of this purpose.
This result is achieved by the fact that in a polymer-sand boundary road post containing a body with a base in which holes are made for fastening to the roadway, according to the utility model, the body of the post is made in the form of a single pressed structure from a polymer-sand composition consisting of 20 -30% polymer and 70-80% sand.
Making the bollard body in the form of a single pressed structure made of a polymer-sand composition, consisting of 20-30% polymer and 70-80% sand, makes it possible to make the restrictive road bollard more resistant to changes in ambient temperature, to aggressive environments and improve its crack resistance.
The proposed set of essential features gives the proposed polymer-sand boundary road column new properties that make it possible to solve the problem.
The inventive polymer-sand boundary road bollard is novel in comparison with its closest analogue, differing from it in that the bollard body is made in the form of a single pressed structure made of a polymer-sand composition, consisting of 20-30% polymer and 70-80% sand.
The claimed utility model can find wide application in the field of road construction and public utilities, namely, in restrictive road structures, in particular in restrictive columns, therefore it meets the criterion of “industrial applicability”.
The inventive polymer-sand boundary road column is illustrated by drawings, which are presented in:
1. Fig. 1. General view of a polymer-sand boundary road column.
2. Fig. 2. Top view of a polymer-sand boundary road column.
The polymer-sand boundary road post shown in the drawings (see Fig. 1, 2) contains a housing 1 with a base 2, in which four holes 3 are made for attaching the post to the road surface using anchor bolts. The body of 1 column is made in the form of a single pressed structure made of a polymer-sand composition, consisting of 20-30% polymer and 70-80% sand.
Recycled polymers, such as LDPE (high-density polyethylene), HDPE (low-density polyethylene), impact-resistant polypropylene and other materials, can be used as a source of polymers. The second component of the composition is sand, which can be quartz sand, corundum and similar materials. The specified percentage ratio of polymers and sand was determined experimentally; at this ratio, the material of the polymer-sand road boundary post is resistant to changes in ambient temperature, aggressive environments and has good crack resistance. The polymer-sand composition from which the road limit post is made may contain 0.05-0.15% dye to obtain the required color of the product by reducing the percentage of sand in it.
The production of the inventive polymer-sand boundary road column is carried out in the following way.
