Abstract
Description
0,02.The invention relates to a method for wastewater treatment from emulsified oils stabilized by anionic emulsifiers. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of wastewater treatment in a wide range of emulsion concentration. The method consists in treating wastewater with a mixture of salts of ferric chloride (III) and ferrous sulfate (II) with a ratio of from 0.67 to 3.0 and a mass ratio of iron to oil of from 0.006 to 0.02.
The invention relates to a method for wastewater treatment from emulsified oils stabilized by anionic emulsifiers.
Known methods for treating emulsion wastewater with aluminum sulfate (III), ferrous sulfate (II, III) [1]. The disadvantages of the methods are the insufficient efficiency of wastewater treatment, the need for subsequent neutralization and significant costs for reagent farming.
Closest to the essence of the developed method relates to a method of wastewater treatment from emulsified oils with salts of ferric chloride and ferrous sulfate [2]. The disadvantage of this method is not a high efficiency of wastewater treatment. In order to increase efficiency, a method is proposed in which a solution of reagents of ferric chloride and ferrous sulfate was pre-magnetized.
A method of treating wastewater from emulsified oils involves the treatment of wastewater with ferric chloride (III) and ferrous sulfate (II) with a ratio of 0.67-3.0 and a mass ratio of iron ions to oil of 0.006-0.02, followed by phase separation, a mixture of solutions of ferric chloride (III) and iron (II) sulfate is pre-magnetized to 25 A / m.
Example. Studies are carried out on a laboratory flotation machine with a chamber capacity of 1.1 liters. Reagents are fed directly into the chamber of the fleet machine. The reagent is contacted with the emulsion by stirring in the absence of aeration in the flotation chamber for 5 minutes. The separation of oil from water after the destruction of the emulsion is carried out by flotation method. As a reagent, a mixture of iron salts of iron sulfate FeSO 4 · 7H 2 O and ferric chloride FeCl 3 · 6H 2 O is used. The reagent is pre-magnetized on a magnetic device for 12 hours and the degree of magnetization of the solution reaches 25 A / m.
The results of the cleaning efficiency are presented in the table.
