Invention promotes to the enhanced effectiveness of sorption-correcting therapy of allergic dermatosis based on the effective elimination of immune complexes from surface of damage foci and by effect on all links of etiopathogenesis.

Currently used preparations and methods for treating dermatoses are recommended by various authors on the basis of existing hypotheses of the occurrence of chronic dermatoses. When studying clinical and biochemical parameters in patients with eczema and neurodermatitis, most researchers revealed the same type of changes in microcirculation, microcoagulation in the immune, nervous and other body systems. Despite the polyetiological nature of the occurrence of most chronically occurring dermatoses, the leading concept to date is the concept of immunological disorders that result in circulating immune complexes (CICs) in “fixed” immune deposits with subsequent inflammatory processes in the target organ — the skin of patients. The nature of the clinical manifestations of eczema and neurodermatitis depends on the hereditary predisposition of patients to certain skin diseases. The presence of “fixed” immune complexes in target cells with dermatoses supports a chronic inflammatory process in them and is the basis for frequent repeated relapses.

To remove circulating immune complexes in medicine, in particular dermatology, the methods of hemosorption, enterosorption, etc. are used. The most active hardware method - hemosorption - removes the CEC by means of activated charcoal (Sharapova G.Ya., Korotkiy N.G., Molodenkov M.N. . "Psoriasis (immunomechanisms of pathogenesis and treatment methods)" M., 1989, 223 pp.). Enterosorption is carried out with various drugs (pelletized charcoal activated charcoal, cholestyramine, hemodesis, polyphepan, etc.). These drugs and methods bind and remove CECs, but they do not adsorb and do not remove immune complexes fixed in the skin from the body. The treatment was carried out for 30 patients with eczema and 30 patients with neurodermatitis. B-th A., 31 g. Sick with eczema for 10 years. Recently, exacerbations arose 2-3 times a year from various causes (psycho-emotional, nutritional, medicinal, and others). The treatment on an outpatient basis with antihistamines and desensitizing drugs in combination with external therapy had no effect, and therefore was hospitalized in a clinic of skin diseases. The remaining manifestations of dermatosis were the “basis” of new relapses when exposed to adverse factors. The patient was disturbed by a strong, paroxysmal itching, which did not stop with antihistamines.

At the next exacerbation under stationary conditions, sorption-corrective therapy was performed: hemodesis 200 ml × 2 times a week, intravenously, drip to relieve island-inflammatory phenomena; dalargin was administered 1 ml intramuscularly, No. 15; for external treatment, cholesterol ointment in the form of dressings was used.
