The invention relates to the field of cosmetology and can be used in medicine, veterinary medicine, in biotechnology and other related fields. The invention can be used in such means as compact powders, blush, eyeshadow and eyelashes, lotions, creams, etc.

The base can be used as part of toilet, hygienic or cosmetic products for skin and hair care.

The prior art cosmetics containing components with therapeutic, hygienic and / or protective properties and biologically active additives (ed. St. USSR No. 1255133, 1986). This tool may exhibit side effects in the form of allergic reactions.

Known cosmetics containing a base and various target additives, for example, spermaceti cream based on natural fats and oils and the target additive spermaceti extract (GOST 29189-91).

Known cosmetics containing zinc stearate, starch, pyrophyllite, mineral oil, plant extract, structure former and auxiliary additives (ed. Certificate. USSR No. 1258411, 1983). The specified tool has insufficient homogeneity.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is starch, used as a structural agent in polydispersed cosmetics, as a component of powders and powders, and also independently to relieve irritation on the skin. The technical result of the invention is the creation of a universal base for toilet, hygiene and cosmetics, combining tonic, regenerative and bactericidal action and stability to external conditions and not toxic or irritating to the skin with an extended shelf life and increase the effectiveness of their specific properties.

This result is achieved in that didecyldimethylammonium bromide is used as the basis of a toilet, hygiene or cosmetic product.

Didecyldimethylammonium bromide is a viscous, thick, odorless and tasteless liquid, has fungicidal and bactericidal properties (RU 2155186, 2000).

Currently, didecyldimethylammonium bromide is used as a disinfectant in the form of aqueous solutions. The tool has a wide antimicrobial spectrum of action, including tuberculosis, anthrax, dermatophytes, yeast-like fungi of the Candida genus, and also inactivate viruses (hepatitis B, C, HIV infection, herpes, influenza, parainfluenza), washing, deodorizing, and anticorrosion properties.

Disinfectant compositions, including didecyldimethylammonium bromide, are mainly used when:

- current and final disinfection of surfaces in rooms, patient care items, linen, dishes, sanitary equipment, cleaning material, medical devices (including surgical and dental instruments, flexible and rigid endoscopes, medical instruments for flexible endoscopes);

- preventive disinfection of premises and equipment, linen, dishes at communal facilities, catering facilities;

- general cleaning in medical and child care facilities;

- disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices (including surgical and dental instruments, flexible and rigid endoscopes, medical instruments for flexible endoscopes), combined in one process;

- pre-sterilization cleaning of dental instruments in a mechanized way using ultrasound;

- for disinfection of linen and dishes with anthrax;

- for disinfection of equipment, inventory, containers and surfaces of industrial premises in the dairy and meat industries.

The use of didecyldimethylammonium bromide for a new purpose is based on the first discovered non-obvious, not arising from the known structure and known purpose of the new function, manifested in a tonic, regenerative effect on human tissue.

The property of didecyldimethylammonium bromide to stimulate the regenerative and tonic effect on human or animal tissue is not described in the literature.

It was experimentally established that the introduction of an effective amount of didecyldimethylammonium bromide has a cleansing, softening effect and a favorable cosmetic effect and increases the protective functions of the skin and the regenerative processes of tissues.

The validity of the new purpose is confirmed by specially conducted experiments to study the effects of didecyldimethylammonium bromide as the basis of various toilet, hygiene or cosmetic products.

Example 1. Didecyldimethylammonium bromide in an amount of 5 wt.% Is added to colognes and eau de toilette as an active substance. The use of cologne and eau de toilette after shaving showed a tonic and regenerative effect on the skin.

Conducted toxicological studies of long-term effects have not been established, general toxicological effects were not detected.

Efficiency of use in the specified scope reaches 99%. Side effects and complications were not observed.

The use of didecyldimethylammonium bromide as the basis of a toilet, hygiene or cosmetic product helps to stimulate metabolic processes in the skin, increases the protective properties and stability to external conditions and increases the effectiveness of their specific properties.

The shelf life of the proposed funds increases to 2-3 years.
