Description

The invention relates to equipment for mopping, in particular to mops with a device for removing moisture from a rag.

A squeegee squeegee squeegee is known, comprising a pivoting handle for squeezing a rag attached centrally to the movable base of the pivoting handle and fixed to the ends of the stretch marks, and a cylinder protecting hands from moisture (DE 399842 A, 07/31/1924).

However, this squeegee does not provide high-quality moisture extraction from a rag, and, in addition, the period of its use is limited.

The objective of the invention is to create a mop with a twisting spin, providing a technical result, consisting in increasing the efficiency of the extraction of moisture from a rag and the life of the mop.

This technical result in a squeegee with a twisting squeeze containing a rotary handle for squeezing rags, attached in the center to the movable base of the rotary handle and fixed at the ends of the stretch marks, and the cylinder protecting the hands from moisture, is achieved by the fact that it has a platform with fixing grooves on the bottom side and the mesh to protect the rags from excessive stretching, attached to the braces and to the movable base of the rotary handle, while the braces are connected to the platform, and the cloth and the grid are installed with the ability to pull using the handle into the inside of the cylinder when folding the stretch marks in the fixing grooves of the platform to remove moisture from the rag by twisting.

The mop contains a handle-holder 1, worn on the upper part of the rotary handle 2, in the middle part of which a handle-amplifier 3 is fixed. In the lower part of the handle 2, a centering washer 4 is made of elastic material. At the end of the handle 2, a connecting hole 5 is made, through which a connecting ring 6 is passed, mounted on the movable base 7 of the handle 2. The cover 8 is screwed onto the cylinder 9, which protects the hands from moisture, having a locking belt 10 and a fastener 11 located in the mounting hole 12 of the rectangular a platform 13 having locking grooves on the lower side 14. The return springs 15 are put on cotter pins 16 that connect the braces 17 to the platform 13. At the end of the braces 17 there are clamps 18, which serve to fasten the rags (MOS) 19, which it is also fixed in the center by screw 20 to the movable base 7. The mesh 21, which protects the rag 19 from excessive stretching, is attached to the stretcher 17 and to the movable base 7. The axis A of the hole 12 is indicated by a dashed line.

Mop works as follows.

The principle of operation of the mop is based on folding into the inside of the fixing grooves of the platform of stretch marks under the action of a retractable rag (MOP), to the ends of which it is attached, to the cylinder 9, which protects the hands from moisture, by means of the handle 2, to the lower end of which a rag is attached to the center. In the cylinder 9, moisture is removed from the rag by twisting.

Holding the squeegee with one hand on the cylinder 9, and with the other hand - the amplifier handle 3, pull the handle 2 up out of the cylinder 9 until the washer 4 is fixed with a latch 10, which prevents the lowering and unwinding of the handle 2. The movable base 7 connected to the handle 2 by a connecting ring 6 carries with it a cloth 19 attached to it in the center by a screw 20 and a protective net 21 into the cylinder 9. Under the action of the retractable cloth 19 and the stretch net 21, to which they are attached, they are folded inside the fixing grooves 14 of the platform 13 due to the connected ju stretch marks 17 with the platform 13 cotter pins 16. Retracted and fixed in the cylinder 9 rag 19 is wrung out by turning the handle 2 in a convenient direction for a sufficient number of revolutions. After pressing the rag, the handle 2 should be untwisted in the opposite direction and pushed into the cylinder 9. Thanks to the return springs 15, the stretch marks 17 return to their original position and stretch the rag 19.

The fastening 11 of the cylinder 9, located in the mounting hole 12 of the platform 13, and the connecting ring 6 located on the axis A allow the handle 2 to be tilted relative to the platform from a vertical position to a horizontal position, which provides convenience when using a mop.
