Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetology and can be used to improve the hygienic and therapeutic effect of cosmetic products for bathtubs.
It is known that a number of physiotherapeutic procedures, including therapeutic baths, have a tonic and restorative effect on nonspecific resistance and the general tone of the body. In turn, the inclusion of biologically active substances in bath formulations expands the possibilities of their use as immunotherapy agents.
2000, №36).Traditionally, bath salt compositions are used (for example, RF patent No. 2110252, class A 61 to 7/50, 35/78, BI, 1998, No. 13, RF patent No. 2161031, class A 61 to 7/50 , 35/78, BI, 2000, No. 36).
The disadvantages of these hygiene products include the impossibility of introducing effective amounts of a number of biologically active additives (especially liquid) into them, as well as the uniform distribution of active components on the surface of sodium chloride crystals and, therefore, the inability to dose and the insufficiently pronounced therapeutic and prophylactic effect of such compositions on human skin.
Also known means for baths "Living Water" (RF patent No. 2157183, class A 61 to 7/50, BI, 2000, No. 28), which includes an active additive - xidiphone, essential oils, emollient-solubilizing mixture and water. The low solubility of water leads to the need to introduce solubilizers in the composition of emollients, which does not exclude the possible negative (irritating, allergic) effect of the agent. We must not forget the possibility of microbial seeding of aqueous solutions during storage, and the inclusion of preservatives only increases the allergenic load of such compositions, which is absolutely undesirable with a large skin contact surface.
The invention is intended for a predictable and significant increase in the therapeutic, prophylactic and hygienic effects of bath products and the exclusion of their negative effects on the skin.
ч. экстракты растений, индивидуальные компоненты, выделенные из них, а также эфирные и жирные масла, органические кислоты, флавоноиды, соли (микро- и макроэлементы), витамины, ферменты, согласно изобретению дополнительно включают этиловый спирт в концентрации от 28 до 93 мас.%.The implementation of this task is ensured by the fact that in bath products containing biologically active preparations, including plant extracts, individual components isolated from them, as well as essential and fatty oils, organic acids, flavonoids, salts (micro and macro elements), vitamins, enzymes, according to the invention additionally include ethyl alcohol in a concentration of from 28 to 93 wt.%.
И., 1991).Ethyl alcohol is widely used in the cosmetics industry as the main component of perfumes and cosmetics: colognes, eau de toilette and fragrant waters, perfumes, and is a part of creams, lotions, shampoos, deodorants (Wojciechowska A.L., Wolfenzon I.I., 1991) .
The introduction of ethyl alcohol in bath products allows you to significantly expand the range of biologically active substances introduced, regardless of their chemical nature. In addition, at this concentration, ethyl alcohol has a pronounced bactericidal and fungicidal effect, which ensures long-term preservation of the quality of the preparations without additional administration of preservatives. The negative effect of high concentrations of ethyl alcohol on the skin and mucous membranes is ruled out, since the use of such agents requires a significant (from 1: 100 to 1: 10000) dilution with water before use. All this is the basis of the effective and harmless effects of bath products on the skin and the body as a whole.
При этом первоначально вводят компоненты, растворимые в спирте максимальной концентрации (93 мас.%), далее - компоненты, требующие более низких концентраций спирта, путем его постепенного разбавления водой до нужной крепости, вплоть до минимальной концентрации (28 мас.%).The bath composition is prepared by sequential mixing of the components, taking into account the solubility of biologically active substances and target additives in ethanol of various strengths. In this case, components that are soluble in alcohol of maximum concentration (93 wt.%) Are initially introduced, then components that require lower concentrations of alcohol are introduced by gradually diluting it with water to the desired strength, up to a minimum concentration (28 wt.%).

The resulting product is characterized by the same mass content of ethyl alcohol (62.5%) as the initial Fucus extract, which ensures high solubility of the Fucus extractives, and, accordingly, storage stability and quality of the finished bath product.
The examples given illustrate the wide possibilities of introducing substances of the most diverse chemical nature into bath compositions, using their solubility in ethanol of various concentrations.
Determination of the effect of bath products on the state of local immunity (bactericidal activity and deep skin micro-flora) and nonspecific body protection factors (phagocytosis system) was carried out on 32 patients (4 groups of 8 people each, 3 experimental and one control).
Each of the examined individuals underwent a course of 10 therapeutic baths (group 1 - control, group 2 - composition No. 3, 3 - composition No. 1, 4 - composition No. 2) for 20 days (1 bath at night every other day ) To prepare the baths, 20 ml (2 dessert spoons) of bath products were added to the bath with a water temperature of 36-38 ° C. The duration of the bath is 10-15 minutes.
Examination of patients was carried out twice. The first examination before the start and the second examination 1 month after the start of therapeutic procedures.
Н., 1977).Quantitative analysis of the surface microflora of the skin was carried out by the method of imprinting the skin from the flexion surface of the forearm on blood agar (Order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR No. 535, 1985). The bactericidal activity of the skin was determined by calculating the bactericidal index (IB), which reflects the degree of elimination of the daily culture of Escherichia coli when it is exposed to the skin of the patient for 15 minutes (Zakharchenko MP, Maimulov V.G., Shabrov A.V., 1997) . The phagocytic activity of leukocytes was assessed by biochemical markers: a test for the restoration of nitro-blue tetrazolium (HCT test) in its spontaneous version and during stimulation with zymosan (Vicksman M.E., Mayansky A.N., 1977).
Statistical processing of the results was carried out by methods of variation statistics using parametric criteria to assess the significance of differences between the compared groups.
У них также отмечалось повышение ИБ кожи до 94,9±1,8% (фиг.2).An analysis of the data obtained in assessing the microbiocenosis of deep skin automicroflora in patients of group 2 showed that, on average, 9.6 ± 0.6 CFU per 1 cm 2 were detected on the forearm skin before treatment baths. IB in this group before treatment was 90.1 ± 3.4%. After conducting therapeutic baths in all patients, a restoration of the quantitative characteristics of the skin automicroflora was practically restored to the level of the control group (Fig. 1). They also noted an increase in skin IB to 94.9 ± 1.8% (figure 2).
У больных 3 группы, у которых первоначально отмечались более выраженные по сравнению с 2 группой изменения аутомикрофлоры и бактерицидности кожи, также была выявлена положительная тенденция к восстановлению нормальной микрофлоры кожи и бактерицидности кожных покровов (фиг.1).In patients of the 3rd group, in which initially changes of automicroflora and bactericidal activity of the skin were more pronounced compared with the 2nd group, a positive tendency towards restoration of normal microflora of the skin and bactericidal activity of the skin was also revealed (Fig. 1).
1 и 2).In turn, in patients of 4 groups the most pronounced changes in the above indicators were revealed. So, the number of CFU per 1 cm 2 in them significantly (p <0.05) decreased after bathing from 19.2 ± 4.6 to 9.7 ± 2.3, and IB increased from 85.2 ± 2.9 % to 91.4 ± 3.2% (Figs. 1 and 2).
Almost all patients of the experimental groups showed a significant increase (p <0.05) in the levels of the basal and stimulated HCT test (Table 1). These data indicate the activation of oxygen-dependent bactericidal systems of macrophages and an increase in the reserve metabolic capacity of neutrophils.
Thus, conducting therapeutic baths using the proposed compositions contributed to the restoration of the quantitative characteristics of skin automicroflora, increased bactericidal activity of the skin and the metabolic capacity of peripheral blood neutrophils.
The above allows us to recommend new bath compositions as hygienic and therapeutic procedures to enhance local immunity.
