Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of sanitary devices, namely to a mounting system for fastening to different types of walls. The technical result is the creation of a universal mounting strip for various types of water sockets and concealed-mounted faucets, providing an adjustable depth of their installation. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the mounting strip for water sockets, containing a plate with threaded holes and two supports on the sides having grooves, the plate is connected to the supports by means of a screw with a locking wing.

Description

The utility model relates to the field of sanitary devices, namely to a mounting system for fastening to different types of walls.

Currently, in the field of plumbing installation, there are different approaches to implementing the tasks of fastening and fixing water sockets inside brick or plaster tongue-and-groove walls, inside false walls or boxes, various types of hidden-mounted faucets and corner water sockets. The use of different plank designs is associated with the characteristics of products from different companies.

For example, on the website tececatalog.ru there is a mounting plate from TESE (Germany). It is made in the form of a curved plate with holes for attaching corner water sockets to it. The plank itself is attached to the wall with its side protrusions of the plate, which also has holes for fastenings.

The disadvantage of this mounting strip is that it is only possible to install corner water outlets, and there is no possibility of adjusting the planting depth of these water outlets.

One of the devices for fixing corner water outlets is a jig for installing water outlets according to the RF utility model patent No. 203085, B23B 11/00, E03C 1/02, publ. 03/22/2021. It is designed for positioning and fastening corner water sockets inside the groove in the wall. This conductor is also applicable only for the installation of corner water sockets and is not adjustable in depth within the required range. In addition, it is not suitable for installation of, for example, concealed faucets.

The REHAU mounting strip is used for installing water sockets inside the wall, in a groove. The design of the strip has threaded holes for tightening the screws that press the water socket, which are placed at a distance between each other equal to the center-to-center distance adopted for installing eccentric mixers for bathtubs and showers. Also, the plank from REHAU has vibration-proof, sound-proof rubber pads for fixed corner water sockets. The plank is a curved plate made of galvanized steel, which has special supports-protrusions on the sides for attaching it to the wall using self-tapping screws

The disadvantages of the prototype are:

The strip is not universal; it cannot be used for some types of water sockets, because water sockets from different manufacturers have different projection lengths, which does not prevent the installation of a mixer with the required projection from the wall;

the plank can only be installed on a flat, prepared, pre-finished wall surface; installation of the plank on an uneven surface is possible only for walls that have a homogeneous monolithic structure without voids;

The strip cannot be used for installing concealed faucets, because Hidden-mounted mixers from different manufacturers have different configurations of grooves for fastenings, different planting depths and different planting areas.

In FIG. Figure 1 shows a mounting plate 1 with a plate 2, two supports 3 on the sides and 4 locking wings 4 on screws 5 at the corners of the plate 2. The supports 3 have grooves 6 for fastening to the wall with self-tapping screws (not shown).

Plate 2 also contains 8 threaded holes 7 in the corners and in its center.

To assemble the mounting strip 1, two screws 5 are inserted into each support 3, onto which the locking wings 4 are screwed. Next, the screws 5 are screwed into the threaded holes 4 of the plate 2. By rotating the screws 5, the seating depth of the mounting strip 1 is adjusted from 0 to 4 cm, depending on the condition of the wall surface (flat, uneven) and the thickness of the plaster layer that will be applied to the wall to level it. Precise adjustment of the planting depth of water outlets and concealed-mounted faucets is necessary for precise fit of the decorative elements of the faucet reflectors to the surface of the final wall finish, which can be different and differ in the thickness of the material used: ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, decorative plaster, mosaic, etc.

To fix the required planting depth, the locking wings 4 are pressed against the supports 3 by rotating them.

To secure supports 3 on the wall, holes are made for dowels with self-tapping screws (not shown).

A special feature of fixing a concealed mixer to a mounting plate is that, depending on the size of the mixer itself, one or more mounting strips connected to each other can be used.

When using mounting plate 1, no additional tools or accessories are required: a bender, a jig, etc.

This way, the mounting plate is fixed, on which you can install corner water sockets or concealed-mounted mixers.

To fix the sewer outlet in the wall, clamps for 8 sewer outlets of various diameters are screwed to the mounting plate 1: from 30 mm to 55 mm.

Practice has shown the performance of this mounting plate design.

The stated technical result was achieved: a universal mounting strip was created for various types of water sockets and concealed-mounted mixers, providing an adjustable installation depth.
