Abstract

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery and cosmetology, and can be used to eliminate forehead wrinkles.

 There is a method of eliminating wrinkles in the forehead according to Ushid (Frischberg modification): an incision is made either in front of the hair line or in the hair. The frontal muscle is separated from the skin above the periosteum to the eyebrows below and to the vertical line drawn from the ends of the eyebrows to the temple, from the side. A skin flap consists of skin and dense fatty tissue. From the exposed frontal muscle with aponeurosis, a strip of 1.5 cm wide is excised to the periosteum parallel to the skin incision. The horizontal incision is complemented by a vertical section of tissue from the ends of the incisions to the outer ends of the eyebrows. After that, the muscle-aponeurotic layer is reduced, the edge of the flap with the skin is left free, the skin is pulled up, its excess is excised and sutured (I.V. Gaiduk, V.I. Gaiduk. The skin-fatty flap of the forehead is stretched, fixed at three points by silk ligatures, the excess skin is removed, cosmetic stitches are applied. Primary healing. Soft tissue edema was almost completely absent on the 10th day. Sutures were removed on the 5-8th day.
