Abstract

Цель способа: быстрое получение результата сближения зубов за счет освобождения места в тканях межзубного пространства. The purpose of the method: the rapid receipt of the result of the convergence of teeth due to the release of space in the tissues of the interdental space.
В настоящее время применяется широкий набор ортодонтических аппаратов [1], таких как дуговой аппарат Энгля, брекеты (замки), ортодонтические дуги, позиционеры. Все эти разработки обеспечивают сдвижение зубов в течение достаточно длительного времени: от нескольких месяцев до нескольких лет. Кроме того, они отличаются сложностью оснастки, трудоемкостью ее изготовления. Данный способ призван ускорить процесс сближения зубов за 12 дней с начала лечения и заключается в следующем. С ротовой стороны от зубного ряда на 4 дня в ткани неба внедряют цилиндр (⌀1,8-2 мм длиной 5 мм), изготовленный из нитрида титана, напротив щели между зубами, как показано на фиг. 1. Одновременно с внедрением цилиндра целесообразно дополнительно проводить подсечку уздечки с применением местной анестезии. Через 4 дня цилиндр удаляют, используя петельку (фиг.1). После удаления цилиндра зубы сходятся в течение 6-7 дней за счет освободившегося места в тканях. Пример 1. Результат был получен в 1999 г. у пациента 8 лет.
