Abstract

Each course is knitted from, at least, two threads which form alternately loops with displacement for one needle step. Description

 The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production, in particular to the knitwear of derivatives of weaves, and can be used in the textile industry for household, sports and technical purposes.

 Known knitwear single-layer derivative eraser [1]. The disadvantage of this knitwear is that it is single-layered.

 Known knitwear weave two-layer eraser (interlock). However, this interweaving is not derivative and such a knitwear has insufficiently high dimensional stability [2].

 From the book of E.P. Pospelova "Double-layer knitwear", Moscow, Light and Food Industry, 1982, p. 15-17, Fig. 6 “b”, a knit weave is known as a two-layer derivative eraser containing only front loops on both sides of the fabric.

 This technical solution is the closest analogue of the claimed invention.

 The objective of the invention is the creation of a new two-layer knitwear weaving derivative eraser with high dimensional stability.

 The problem is solved due to the fact that the knitwear is a two-layer derivative eraser containing only front loops with elongated broaches on both sides of the fabric, each row being knitted with at least two threads that alternately form loops with an offset of one needle step.

 The invention is illustrated by the example in figure 1, which gives a graphical representation of the weave - a two-layer derivative eraser.

 The first thread forms loops on the front side of the web in columns 1, 5, 9, and on the wrong side the same thread forms loops in columns 3 ', 7'. All loops of the front and back sides of the knitwear are connected by elongated broaches.

 In the same row, the second thread forms loops on the front side in columns 2, 6 and on the wrong side in columns 4 ', 8', which are interconnected by also elongated broaches.

 The third thread forms loops on the front side in columns 3, 7 and on the wrong side in columns 1 ', 5', 9 ', and all the loops of the front and back sides are also connected by elongated broaches.

 The fourth thread forms loops on the front side in columns 4, 8 and on the wrong side in columns 2 ', 6', which are interconnected by also elongated broaches.

 Thus, the first row of this knitwear is formed by four threads, which alternately form loops with an offset of one needle step. The knitwear of this weave contains only front loops on both sides and is complete, since it has all the looped columns on both the front and the wrong sides.

 The invention is also illustrated by the example in figure 2, which gives a graphic representation of the weave - a two-layer derivative eraser containing on both sides of the fabric only front loops having elongated broaches.

 The third thread forms loops on the front side in columns 3, 6, 9 and on the wrong side in columns 1 ', 4', 7 ', and all the loops of the front and wrong sides are connected with the same elongated broaches.

 Thus, one row of this type of weave is formed by three threads, which alternately form loops with an offset of one needle step.

 The knitwear of this weave contains only front loops on both sides and is complete, since it has all the looped columns on both the front and the wrong sides.

 The invention is also illustrated by the example in figure 3, which gives a graphical record of the weave - a two-layer derivative eraser containing on both sides of the fabric only front loops having elongated broaches.

 The first thread forms loops on the front side of the fabric in columns 1, 4, 7 and on the wrong side in the columns 2 ', 5', 8 ', and the loops of the front and back sides of the knit are connected by elongated broaches.

Claims (1)

 Weave knitwear is a two-layer derivative eraser containing only front loops on both sides of the fabric, characterized in that all the loops have elongated broaches, each row of knitwear being connected with at least two threads that alternately form loops with an offset of one needle step.
