Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry, namely, lubricants for rubber molds in the production of concrete products and fine-grained concrete.
Lubricant for molds is a mandatory technological operation in the manufacture of concrete products.
173-178/. Known lubricant for rubber molds, which is prepared on the basis of used motor oil / Vavrzhin F., Krchma R. "Chemical additives in construction.", Stroyizdat, M., 1964, p. 173-178 /.
The disadvantage of this composition of the lubricant is that the lubricant does not exclude the formation of greasy spots and shells on the surface of concrete products, which requires additional surface treatment of concrete products.
The objective of the invention is to improve the surface quality of concrete products, increasing the stability of the lubricant, reducing the cost of lubrication.
This problem is achieved in that the lubricant for rubber forms in the manufacture of concrete products and fine-grained concrete, including used motor oil, saponified tall oil pitch, lime dough and water in the following ratio, wt.%:
Used engine oil - 20-40
Saponified tall pitch - 2.0-4.0
Lime dough - 0.15-0.45
Water - Else
Consistency-based grease based on used motor oils is a gray paste that is easily applied to the mold surface by rubbing or spraying under pressure. The paste has high adhesion to the surface of rubber molds and provides lubrication with a thin layer of uniform thickness.
For the preparation of the lubricant, used engine oil, saponified tall pitch of the Selenginsky Central Control Commission, calcareous dough with a density of 1.3 g / cm 3 and water were used.
The introduction of saponified tall pitch in the composition of the lubricant will ensure stable lubrication due to the presence of tar and fatty acids in the composition of the pitch. As a result of the reaction of saponified tall oil pitch components with used motor oil and lime test, sodium soaps are formed, which, being hydrophilic emulsifiers, give an oil-in-water emulsion, being a plasticizer of cement systems, saponified tall pitch reduces the adhesion of rubber forms to the surface of concrete products This ensures good redistributability and good surface quality of concrete products.
The table gives examples of the composition of the lubricant, eliminating the formation of grease stains, shells on the surface of concrete products, gray plaque on rubber molds.
Lubricant preparation is carried out in a paddle mixer and therefore lubrication can be prepared in any plant or precast test site. All components except used engine oil are used as aqueous solutions. The total duration of the mixing of the components is determined by the time to obtain a homogeneous paste is approximately 20-40 minutes In the manufacture of grease, the following sequence is recommended: used motor oil, saponified tall oil pitch, lime dough and water. To improve the quality of the lubricant after long-term storage, short-term mixing for 1 minute is desirable.
The use of a lubricant of this composition will ensure a good redistribution, a flat and smooth surface of concrete products without grease stains, sinks that impair appearance and require additional costs for their removal. Exception of white plaque on rubber molds. The introduction of saponified tall oil pitch in the composition of the lubricant provides a stable lubricant. The use of used motor oils will make it possible to abandon expensive oil-based oil compounds, this will lead to a decrease in lubrication.
The lubricant of this composition was tested at KTI Vostoksiborgstroy in the production of concrete products.
