The invention relates to the field of gas industry and can be used for the preparation of gas, gas and gas condensate deposits.
A known installation for gas treatment ("Collection and field gas preparation in the northern fields of Russia," A.I. Gritsenko, V.A. Istomin et al., Moscow, Nedra, 1999, pp. 372-373), including separators , heat exchanger and three-phase separator.
The disadvantage of this installation is the inability to simultaneously prepare gas of two different horizons with significantly different reservoir pressures and compositions.
A gas treatment plant is also known (ibid., Pp. 378-379), including an inlet separator, a recuperative heat exchanger, an ejector, a low-temperature separator, three-phase separators of the first and second stages and a degasser.
The disadvantage of this installation is the inability to simultaneously prepare gas of two different horizons with significantly different reservoir pressures and compositions.
The challenge facing the creation of the invention is to obtain high-quality gas produced from various horizons with minimal capital and operating costs.
The technical result, the solution of which the invention is directed, is the preparation of gas of two different horizons with significantly different reservoir pressures and compositions in one installation while improving the quality of gas preparation.
The task and the technical result are achieved by the fact that in the known installation of gas treatment, including an inlet separator for the production of gas condensate wells, a regenerative heat exchanger, an ejector, a low temperature separator, three-phase separators of the first and second stages and a degasser, in contrast to the prototype, the installation is additionally equipped with series-connected an inlet separator for the production of gas wells, a regenerative gas-liquid heat exchanger, a choke, the output of which is connected to the input low a temperature separator and a control valve through which the lower part of the low-temperature separator is connected to the inlet to the annulus of the recuperative gas-liquid heat exchanger, while the outlet of the annulus is connected to a three-phase separator of the second stage.
The drawing shows the installation of gas treatment.
11. It includes an inlet separator for the production of gas condensate wells 1, connected in series with a recuperative heat exchanger 2, an ejector 3, a low-temperature separator 4. The installation is equipped with a three-phase separator of the first stage 5, a three-phase separator of the second stage 6, a degasser 7. In addition, the device contains an inlet separator for the production of gas wells 8, a regenerative gas-liquid heat exchanger 9, a throttle 10 and a valve - regulator 11.
Installation works as follows. Production of gas condensate wells with a pressure of up to 13 MPa is fed to an inlet separator for the production of gas condensate wells 1, where water and condensate are separated. Then the gas enters the recuperative heat exchanger 2 and then to the ejector 3, and after the pressure on it drops to 7.5 MPa, it enters the low-temperature separator 4. Here, after passing the inlet separator for the production of gas wells 8, recuperative gas-liquid heat exchanger 9 and reducing the pressure on the throttle 10 up to 7.5 MPa, gas well products are supplied. Mixing gas and gas condensate wells in a low-temperature gas separator can increase the calorific value of marketable gas due to its saturation with ethane (and other light hydrocarbons) while maintaining a low hydrocarbon dew point, and also reduces the content of light gaseous hydrocarbons in unstable condensate (NK), as a result which reduces the loss of liquid hydrocarbons (C 5+ ) during deethanization and condensate stabilization. In the low temperature separator 4, water and hydrocarbon condensate are separated from the gas mixture. To prevent hydrate formation, methanol is introduced into the gas stream at the inlet of the regenerative heat exchanger 2 and the regenerative gas-liquid heat exchanger 9. From the low-temperature separator 4, the dried gas is directed to a recuperative heat exchanger 2, where it cools the raw gas of gas condensate wells and then enters the gas pipeline.
51.40-93.The temperature in the low-temperature separator 4 is minus 30 o C, while the quality of the gas entering the pipeline will meet the requirements of OST 51.40-93.
7. The liquid from the inlet separator for the production of gas condensate wells 1 through the control valve 12 enters the three-phase separator of the first stage 5, in which the pressure is maintained equal to 7.5 MPa. Gas from the separator of the first stage 5 enters the inlet of the low-temperature separator, water, together with water from the inlet separator for the production of gas wells 8, is discharged, and condensate through the control valve 13 enters the degasser 7.
6. The liquid from the lower part of the low-temperature separator 4 through the valve-regulator 11 enters the annulus of the recuperative gas-liquid heat exchanger 9, where it cools the production of gas wells, and then is fed into a three-phase separator of the second stage 6.
Recuperative gas-liquid heat exchanger 9 allows the use of excess reservoir energy of gas condensate reservoir products converted by throttling the flow to excess cold accumulated in condensate to cool the production of gas wells with insufficient reservoir energy to the required temperature of the low-temperature separation stage. Throttling of condensate on the control valve 11 after the low-temperature separator 4 allows to obtain an additional decrease in the gas temperature in the recuperative gas-liquid heat exchanger 9 and to increase the degassing efficiency of the condensate in the three-phase separator of the second stage 6. Water-methanol solution (BMP) from the three-phase separator of the second stage 6 is supplied by the pump 14 to the input inlet separator for the production of gas condensate wells 1, and condensate with a pressure of 4.0 MPa enters the degasser 7. Return BMP to the input of the input sep an arator for the production of gas condensate wells 1, where the flow temperature is about 30 o C, can dramatically reduce the methanol consumption for the implementation of the technology, since at elevated temperatures most of the methanol from BMP from the low-temperature separator 4 passes into the gas phase and enters the input of the regenerative heat exchanger 2 for its protection against hydrates. Gas from the separator of the second stage 6 and the degasser 7 is fed to the low-pressure inlet of the ejector 3, and unstable condensate from the degasser 7 is fed into the condensate line or to the condensate stabilization unit.
