Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the separation of aerodispersed materials with solid fractions of 50 microns or less and can be used in industries where, in addition to separation, classification of fractions of dispersed material is necessary.
В 01 D 45/14). A known method of separating the solid phase from the dispersed material, according to which the separated dispersed material is fed into the separation zone and twisted using a rotor (see USSR copyright certificate 425635, CL 01 D 45/14).
However, the known method does not provide a high degree of separation of the dispersed material due to the lack of elimination of secondary entrainment and recycling of a portion of the material containing fractions not removed from the process in a single cycle. Moreover, the lack of recirculation has a negative effect on the stability of the separation process.
1/00). There is also a method of separating the dispersed phase from the gas stream, which consists in the fact that the aerodispersed stream is directed inside the housing, after which it is introduced inside the rotating hollow working element into the active separation zone by swirling in a swirler. Then, the fractions of the purified part of the dispersed material are withdrawn and recycled, followed by separation of the rest of it. As a working element, a cylindrical shell is used, mounted coaxially with the swirl and the housing (see USSR author's certificate 980849, M.cl. 3 B 04 C 1/00).
The described method does not allow to achieve high separation efficiency due to the fact that after passing the aerodispersed flow through the swirl in the central part of the active separation zone, flow turbulence occurs, which is accompanied by a large profile resistance, which causes additional energy consumption for the implementation of the process.
1/00). Closest to the proposed invention in technical essence and the achieved result (prototype) is a method of pneumatic separation of dispersed, namely grain materials, which consists in the fact that the aerodispersed flow is directed inside a rotating housing, which is used as a cylindrical shell, rotating in a direction opposite to the housing a conical surface coaxially mounted in the housing of the working element, which is used as a cylinder with an impermeability mounted on it with a nozzle having a conical surface, after which the aerodispersed flow is introduced into the annular space between the body and the working element, and the fractions of the dispersed material are withdrawn when this material moves along the inner surface of the body until the solid fractions of the dispersed material are carried outside (see USSR copyright certificate 1518017, IPC 4 V 04 C 1/00).
The above-described method does not provide a high degree of separation due to the fact that when the aerodispersed stream hits the conical surface of the nozzle, the force factor, the centrifugal component of the force acting on the aerodispersed stream near the periphery, is not involved, which is favorable to the separation process. In addition, the use of the method of separation of dispersed materials, selected as a prototype, does not allow the simultaneous classification of fractions of dispersed materials, since when the aerodispersed stream leaves the annular space between the housing and the working element, the fractions of dispersed material pressed to the inner surface of the housing do not provide optimal kinematic conditions for the withdrawal from the process.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the method of pneumatic separation of dispersed material, which consists in the fact that the aerodispersed flow is directed inside the rotating housing on a rotating conical surface coaxially with the working element installed in the housing and introduced into the annular space between the housing and the working element, then the dispersed fractions are output material, the introduction of the aerodispersed flow into the annular space is carried out by twisting in the confuser space, which is used as the cavity formed by the first section of the conical surface of the working element and the conical section of the body, coaxially covering the working element, and the subsequent direction into the diffuser space, which is used as annular cavities formed by the second section of the conical surface of the working element, smoothly connected to the first section of the conical surface of the working element element along the largest diameter, and conical sections of the housing, coaxially covering the working element, rotating the housing and working th element in one direction. The output fractions of the dispersed material is produced between the tiers of the conical sections of the body in the diffuser space.
The technical result is to increase the degree of separation of the dispersed material while ensuring its fractional classification.
An increase in the degree of separation of the dispersed material is due to the creation of kinematic conditions for the emergence of additional centrifugal forces acting on the aerodispersed stream in the plane of its vertical section, since at the exit from the confuser space into the diffuser space, which are used as smoothly connected annular cavities, the dispersed material fractions are provided with movement along trajectories with different radii of curvature. In addition, an increase in the degree of separation, as well as a reduction in energy consumption, is facilitated by the rotation of the outer boundary of the confuser space, which, in addition to the increase in inertial forces and kinetic momentum, ensures the lamination of the aerodispersed flow.
The classification of the fractions of the dispersed material is achieved by the direction of the aerodispersed flow from the confuser to the diffuser space, where, along with the separation through the perforated external boundary between the tiers of the conical sections of the body, the material is fractionally withdrawn.
The drawing shows a diagram of the implementation of the proposed method of pneumatic separation of dispersed material.
The method of pneumatic separation of the dispersed material is implemented using the inlet pipe 1 connected to the housing 2, inside of which the working element 3 is coaxially mounted. The housing 2 and the working element 3 are rotatable (not shown in the drawing). The housing 2 is equipped with annular slots 4 for output fractions of the dispersed material and an annular slot 5 for the output of the clean flow.
In the drawing, the direction of movement of the aerodispersed stream before the start of the separation process and the direction of movement of the clean stream freed from the solid fraction of the dispersed material at the end of the separation process are additionally indicated by arrows.
The method of pneumatic separation of dispersed material is as follows.
3. The aerodispersed flow is directed through the inlet pipe 1 into the housing 2 on a conical surface coaxially mounted in the housing 2 of the working element 3, rotating the housing 2 and the working element 3 in one direction, and introduced into the annular space between the housing 2 and the working element 3.
The introduction of the aerodispersed flow into the annular space between the housing 2 and the working element 3 is carried out sequentially in two stages. At the first stage, the aerodisperse flow is twisted in the confuser space, which is used as an annular cavity formed by the first section relative to the inlet pipe of the conical surface of the working element 3 and the conical section of the housing 2, coaxially covering the working element 3 in the area of the first section of the conical surface of the working element 3. B of this annular cavity, the solid fractions of the dispersed material are pressed to its periphery under the action of centrifugal forces under conditions of increasing kinetic of torque. At the second stage, the aerodispersed flow is directed into the diffuser space kinematically connected with the confuser space, which are used as annular cavities formed by the second section relative to the inlet pipe 1 of the conical surface of the working element 3, smoothly connected to the first section of the conical surface of the working element 3 around the circumference of the largest diameter, and conical sections of the housing 2, coaxially covering the working element 3 in the area of the second section of the conical surface of the working electric ment 3 with the creation of layers. At the same time, at the exit of the aerodispersed stream from the confuser space and the entrance to the diffuser space in the area of smooth connection of two sections of the conical surface of the working element 3, the main mass output of fractions of the dispersed material through the annular slots 4. In the diffuser space when the aerodispersed flow moves along trajectories with variable radii the curvature of the final separation of solid fractions with the simultaneous classification of the dispersed material and carry out the subsequent conclusion f shares particulate material through the annular gap 4 between the tiered conical portions body 2. The liberated from the solid fractions by a net flow of the annular gap 5 between the housing 2 and operating element 3 rushes out.
5-10%. Using the proposed method of pneumatic separation of dispersed material allows, as studies have shown, compared with existing similar methods to increase the separation efficiency by 10-15% and reduce energy costs by 5-10%.
