Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of spectral analysis and can be used in the spectral analysis of light radiation.
80-83]. One of the classic devices used for spectral analysis is an interferometer containing an optically coupled light source, reflecting mirrors, a beam splitter, a photodetector and a spectrum analyzer [Merz L. Integral transformations in optics. M .: Mir, 1969, p. 80-83].
The disadvantages of this interferometer include its large dispersion, which significantly narrows the working range of measurements.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the present invention is an interferometer containing an optically coupled light source, a reflecting mirror and a photo detector made in the form of a periodic lattice structure with a thin partially transmitting photoelectric layer deposited in the form of strokes of the said lattice structure on a transparent plate, which is located between the light source and the reflecting mirror [Atnashev A.V., Atnashev V. B., Atnashev P.V. The diffraction grating interference method. Atnashev's method. Yekaterinburg: USTU-UPI, 2000.p. 18 (prototype)].
The disadvantages of this interferometer include insufficiently high measurement accuracy due to the influence of light background when measuring the constant component of the analyzed radiation.
The objective of the invention is to increase the accuracy of measurement when measuring the constant component of the analyzed radiation.
The problem can be solved due to the fact that the interferometer containing an optically coupled light source, a reflecting mirror and a photo detector, made in the form of a periodic lattice structure with a thin partially transmitting photoelectric layer deposited in the form of strokes of the said lattice structure on a transparent plate, which is located between the light source and the reflecting mirror, it is additionally equipped with a second periodic lattice structure with a thin partially miss by a photovoltaic layer applied in the form of strokes with the same period as the first lattice structure, while the second periodic lattice structure is placed in the plane of the first first periodic lattice structure on the same transparent plate, and the strokes of the second periodic lattice structure are parallel to the strokes of the first periodic lattice structure with an offset of half the period.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a diagram of an interferometer.
9. The interferometer contains optically coupled light source 1, a reflecting mirror 2 and a photodetector 3, made in the form of a periodic lattice structure 4 with a thin, partially transmitting photoelectric layer deposited in the form of strokes 5 of the said lattice structure 4 on a transparent plate 6, which is located between the source 1 light radiation and a reflecting mirror 2. The interferometer is additionally equipped with a second periodic lattice structure 7 with a thin, partially transmissive photoelectric layer, n carried in the form of strokes 8 with the same period as the first lattice structure 4, while the second periodic lattice structure 7 is placed in the plane of the first periodic lattice structure 4 on the same transparent plate 6, and the strokes 8 of the second periodic lattice structure 7 are parallel to the strokes 5 of the first periodic lattice structure 4 with an offset of half the period. The outputs of the first and second periodic lattice structures 4, 7 are connected to the inputs of the electric adder 9.
The interferometer operates as follows.
The luminous flux from the light radiation source 1 enters the reflecting mirror 2, is reflected from it, and enters the photodetector 3 in the form of a standing light wave. Due to the fact that the periodic lattice structures 4 and 7 are made of a thin partially transmissive photoelectric layer in the form of strokes 5 and 8, it is possible to register a system of nodes and antinodes of the electric field strength of a standing light wave. When combining strokes 5 of the first periodic lattice structure 4 with the location of the system of antinodes of the electric field of the standing light wave, the electric vector of the standing light wave acts on the photosensitive strokes 5. Moreover, the strokes 8 of the second periodic lattice structure 7 are affected by the magnetic vector of the standing light wave, since strokes 8 are offset parallel to strokes 5 by half the period. The electric adder 9 provides a differential electric signal, which is detected on the photosensitive periodic lattice structures 4 and 7. Light background radiation has a uniformly distributed effect on the photosensitive strokes 5, 8 and, therefore, is subtracted on the adder.
The proposed interferometer can significantly improve the accuracy of measurements by taking into account the background radiation.
