Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of porous ceramic filters for separating liquids.
Known ceramic filter element in the form of a plate with through channels in its body. A thin natural membrane layer is formed on the walls of the channels, which is formed from the material of the plate as a result of pressing (see RF patent 2088318, CL B 01 D 69/00, 1995). In this filtering element, the channel wall thickness of 1 mm provides a productivity 10-15 times higher than that of the known ceramic filters, but the plate is easily warped and cracked during the firing process.
For stable, without marriage, the production of such filters, it is necessary to carefully select the composition of ceramics.
Closest to the claimed invention is a mixture for the manufacture of a ceramic filter containing graphite, a sintering additive and a filler according to the patent of the Russian Federation 2149051, cl. B 01 D 69/00, 1998, the description of which discloses a method for preparing the mixture.
The known method includes mixing the filler with sintering additives in a unheated mixer and then mixing the resulting mixture in a heated mixer with graphite powder.
The disadvantage of the material obtained in a known manner is that when the walls of the channels are thinned to values less than 1 mm, the defect of the plates increases.
The objective of the invention is to develop such a composition of ceramics so that when the wall thickness of the channels is less than 1 mm, the plates do not crack.

The problem is solved in that:

The above salt of fatty acids is 0.1-3.0

The heating of the heated mixer must be maintained throughout the process - from heating the paraffin and introducing polyethylene into the molten paraffin to the end of the mixing operation of the mixtures obtained in both mixers.
10%. Compared with the known mixture, the claimed invention contains new components - salts of fatty acids, additionally new sintering additives, an expanded composition of the base (filler), a detailed composition of the organic binder - a solution of polyethylene in paraffin and a concentration of polyethylene from 1.7 to 10%.
The inventive composition contributes to the thinning of the walls of the channels of the filter element to 0.3 mm, which extends its operational characteristics: it allows, while maintaining performance, to reduce the hydraulic pressure in the filter element or, without lowering the hydraulic pressure, to increase filtration performance several times.
