Abstract

Полезная модель относится к технологии упаковки, предназначенной для транспортировки и совместного использования со стаканами, содержащими напитки. Тара для упаковки стакана с напитком, выполненная из алюминиевой фольги и состоящая из корпуса и дна, причем корпус выполнен в виде усеченного конуса, с высотой, превышающей высоту стакана, укупоренного крышкой, и на его меньшем основании зафиксировано дно, диаметр которого соответствует диаметру крышки этого стакана, а на внутренней поверхности корпуса неразъемно размещена отрывная лента, при этом отрывная лента расположена таким образом, что образует на поверхности корпуса форму закрытой петли, дуга которой расположена на уровне крышки стакана, а пересечение петли ниже уровня дуги, конец ленты с зафиксированным язычком выведен наружу тары и выполнен с возможностью вскрытия тары, путём её разделения по линии отрывной ленты в форме петли, а также использования тары при употреблении напитка из стакана, кроме того, язычок, зафиксированный на отрывной ленте, выполнен из фольгированного материала. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 10 ил.

Тара 1 для упаковки, состоит из корпуса 2, выполненного в виде усеченного конуса, на меньшем основании которого установлено дно 3. На внутренней поверхности корпуса 2 зафиксирована, путём вклейки, отрывная лента 4, таким образом, что её конец, с размещенным на нём язычком 5, выведен свободно наружу тары 1, и предназначен для её принудительной распаковки. Корпус 2 и дно 3, выполнены из алюминиевой фольги, а отрывная лента 4 из полимерной плёнки, с наклеенным на неё цветным фольгированным язычком 5. Тара 1 выполнена так, что корпус 2 превышает по высоте стакан 6 с напитком, укупоренный крышкой 7, а диаметр дна 3 соответствует диаметру крышки 7 стакана 6. А отрывная лента 4 расположена таким образом, что образует на поверхности корпуса 2 форму закрытой петли с дугой 8 и пересечением 9,и её конец с язычком 5 выведен наружу на поверхность корпуса 2. При этом, на корпусе стакана, дуга 8 закрытой петли, расположена на уровне крышки стакана, а пересечение 9 петли расположено ниже уровня дуги 8.
