Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of mining and can be used to improve the quality of minerals directly in the bowels of the Earth.
[1]. A known method of selective warehousing and storage of metal-containing rock mass, including its layer-by-layer laying with different metal contents [1].
The disadvantage of this method is the need for pre-mining, moving and storing metal-containing rock mass, reducing its effectiveness.
Closest to the proposed invention in terms of technical nature and the achieved result is a known method for creating a geochemical ore preparation [2], which includes opening a deposit array, crushing ore and metal-bearing rocks, supplying water and redistributing chemical elements in it.
The disadvantage of this method is the disadvantage indicated above.
The objective of the invention is to increase the initial quality of mineral raw materials directly in the bowels of the Earth due to preliminary geochemical ore preparation of a mineral deposit by removing technologically harmful impurities from the ores.
The problem is achieved by the fact that when implementing the proposed method, which includes opening a deposit field, crushing ores and metal-bearing rocks, redistributing chemical elements and supplying water, opening a deposit and crushing minerals and rocks, they are carried out before crossing a fault zone or other tectonic disturbance, and redistributing chemical elements (metals) are carried out by leaching and removing (into the fault zone) technologically harmful impurities from ores pre-aer private waters. It should be noted that a significant part of the Russian deposits of non-ferrous and noble metals due to the increased content of technologically harmful impurities (for example, for gold ore, these are As, Cu, Sb, etc.) are classified as reserve ones.
During the period of such geochemical ore preparation, usually readily soluble impurities are leached from reserve ores, which migrate to the fault zone and further under the influence of gravity forces.
The drawing shows a variant of the scheme of geochemical ore preparation, where the numbers indicate: 1 - well, 2 - fault zone, 3 - medium-crushed ore, 4 - coarse-grained rocks.
The method is as follows.
An array of a mineral deposit (attributed to reserve elements due to an increased amount of ores in the ores) is opened by well 1 (or by a system of wells not shown in the drawing), before intersecting with tectonic fault 2. Then crushing is performed (for example, by blasting well 1) ores 3 (medium crushed zone) and rocks 4 (coarsely crushed zone). Then produce pre-aerated water into the well 1.
With the passage of aerated waters of the zone of medium-crushed ores 3, leaching of readily soluble technologically harmful impurities is ensured. Metal-containing water in the zone of coarse rocks 4 fall into the zone of fault 2, along which they migrate further.
The result is a reduction in the content in reserve ores of zone 3 of technologically harmful impurities. An example of a specific implementation of the proposed method is the geochemical ore preparation of a reserve gold ore deposit.
Initially, a reserve gold ore deposit (with a gold content of 1.2 g / t and with a high content in minerals As, Cu, Sb, respectively 12, 4 and 3%) is opened by well 1 (or by a group of wells not shown in the drawing), before crossing with a fault zone 2. Wells are drilled with self-propelled roller-boring drilling machines of the SBSh-250MN type, 220 mm in diameter and cased (not shown) with HDPE polyethylene pipes. Then explosive charges are placed in well 1 and exploded so that two zones are formed: medium ore crushing 3 (with a piece of ore mass equal to 100-150 mm) and coarse crushing 4 (with a diameter of a piece of rock 250-300 mm ) Then pre-aerated water is fed into the well 1.
As a result, leaching of impurity elements from reserve ores of zone 3 will be ensured, followed by their migration along fault 2 outside the deposit. All this will lead to the fact that the gold ore deposit from the reserve category with hard-to-process ores will go into the category of balance (industrial), with ores of average enrichment difficulty. The positive effect of the proposed technical solution is to increase the initial quality of mineral raw materials directly in the bowels of the Earth by removing harmful impurities from it.
The proposed invention can be used in underground and opencast mining of ore and coal deposits.
