Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in boiler plants, heat-using plants, thermal power plants.
Analogs are known - the methods of operation of a heat exchanger, by which water is heated in the apparatus with steam, the condensate formed is removed from the apparatus (see the book Heat Supply: A Study Guide for University Students. A.A. Ionin et al. - M .: Stroyizdat, 1982, fig.3.3 and description to it on p. 62 and 63). This analogue is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantages of the analogues and the prototype is the increased formation of scale on the inner walls of the tubular heating surfaces of the heat exchanger and, as a result of this, a decrease in the efficiency and effectiveness of its operation. The formation of scale on the inner walls of the pipes is facilitated by wall boiling of water, which occurs when the wall temperature exceeds the temperature of saturated steam, corresponding to the pressure of the water inside the pipes.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to reduce the intensity of scale formation on the inner walls of the heating surfaces of the heat exchanger.
To achieve this result, a method of operation is proposed, by which water is heated in the apparatus with steam, the condensate formed is removed from the apparatus.
The difference of the claimed method is that a part of the condensate is injected into the steam that is supplied to the apparatus.
The inclusion of the essential features characterizing the installation, the new operation allows you to prevent the process of scale formation on the inner walls of the heating surfaces of the heat exchanger due to the decrease in the temperature of the steam supplied to the heater when part of the condensate is injected into the steam and the wall boiling of water inside the heating surfaces is prevented.

4. The drawing shows a diagram of a heat exchanger explaining the method. A steam supply pipe 2, a condensate pipe 3 and a heated make-up water pipe 6 are connected to the boiler’s make-up water heating system 1. A condensate pump 4 is connected to the condensate pipe 3. A condensate injection pipe 5 is connected to the steam supply pipe 2, also connected to the condensate pipe 3 after the condensate pump 4.
Consider an example implementation of the method. Water heating from 5 o C to 90 o C with a flow rate of 6.58 t / h is carried out in a steam-water heater of type 1 PVP 02, manufactured according to OST-34-531, supplied via steam line 2 with steam with parameters t = 158 o , P = 0 , 6 MPa and a flow rate of 1 t / h. The condensate formed is removed from the heater 3 using a condensate pump 4. At a water pressure of 0.12 MPa in the surface water-steam heater, the boiling point is 104.81 ° C and the wall temperature is 112 ° C, so there are conditions for boiling in the wall layer of water . Part of the condensate, with a flow rate of 0.56 t / h, is injected through line 5 into the steam supplied to the steam-water heater through the steam supply pipe 2. When injecting part of the condensate into the steam-pipe 2, the temperature of the steam supplied to the steam-water heater is reduced to 126 o C, respectively the temperature of the walls of the pipes is reduced to 104 o C, thus eliminating the possibility of wall boiling water in the pipes of the heater. This prevents the formation of scale on the inner walls of the pipes of the steam-water heater, which ensures reliable and efficient operation of the heater.
