Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to multi-purpose process fluids, and can be used to conduct isolation of the annulus of a well, waterproofing during conservation, jamming, during underground and major repairs, as over-packer and buffer fluids, to block highly permeable areas of productive formation in terms of power under conditions of high acid gas content and high temperatures, during the operation of oil and gas wells.
Widespread use of different composition of liquids for a variety of technological purposes. At the same time, process fluids must meet the following basic requirements: to reliably isolate the reservoir, not to cause corrosion of underground equipment elements, to maintain the permeability of the reservoir, to be aggregative and sedimentation stable for a long time under the influence of reservoir temperatures, pressure and reservoir fluid. Particularly stringent requirements are imposed on such fluids in the presence of a large amount of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in the reservoir fluid (up to 30%). This situation occurs in most oil and gas fields of the Caspian Depression. For such deposits, known formulations of process fluids are unsuitable. Under these conditions, in addition to the requirements listed above, the composition must chemically bind hydrogen sulfide, and known compositions of process fluids do not meet the necessary conditions for their use.
Known liquid for killing water-based wells, which reduces the permeability of the reservoir, and the glycerol production waste used in this composition is degraded in an acidic environment under the influence of hydrogen sulfide (RF Patent N 2058989, C 09
Also known is a killing fluid for drilling, completion and overhaul, in which a polymer gel is used as a regulator of strength and rheological properties (US Patent No. 4947935, E 21 B 43/00, 1989).
The disadvantage of this composition is that the carboxyl-containing polymer used in the liquid is degraded under the combined action of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. Since it does not contain an absorbent that actively binds acid gases. However, due to the fact that this fluid has a water base, the permeability of the reservoir will decrease, which will lead to a decrease in well productivity. The closest analogue to the claimed composition is a composition for repair and insulation work in the well, including a hydrocarbon phase, a solid phase, an aqueous phase and an emulsifier-stabilizer in the form of sludge from the production of sulfonate additives for lubricating oils and water (USSR copyright certificate N 1629308, C 09
The aim of the invention is to obtain the composition of the process fluid (composition) for operation in conditions of high content of aggressive acid gases and high formation temperatures.
This goal is achieved in that the composition for repair and insulation work in the well, containing hydrocarbon, water and solid phases and an emulsifier-stabilizer, as an emulsifier-stabilizer contains a mixture of esters with calcium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids in a ratio of 1:30 and additionally an acid scavenger gases and corrosion inhibitor in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Hydrocarbon phase - 10.0-30.0
Solid phase - 10.0-30.0
Emulsifier Stabilizer - 20.0-30.0
Acid gas absorber - 0.5-5.0
Corrosion Inhibitor - 0.5-3.0
Water phase - The rest
Moreover, as the hydrocarbon phase, the composition contains oil, products or waste from its processing, the solid phase contains finely dispersed particles of calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide, particle sizes less than 1.0 microns, as it absorbs acid gases (hydrogen sulfide), it contains potassium permanganate or oxides or salts iron, as a corrosion inhibitor, it contains an organic film-type inhibitor.

Calcium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids of the general formula (C n H 2n + 1 C 6 H 4 SO 3 ) 2 Ca are used as components of detergent compositions and to reduce surface tension.
Example.
- в качестве углеводородной фазы брали нефть или продукты ее переработки (предпочтительно применение дизельного топлива по ГОСТ 4749-73);
- в качестве твердой фазы брали мелкодисперсный карбонат кальция или гидроокись кальция, при этом частицы твердой фазы имели размеры менее 1,0 мкм;
- в качестве стабилизатора и эмульгатора брали смесь сложных эфиров органических кислот и многоатомных спиртов с кальциевыми солями алкиларилсульфокислот. Сложные эфиры органических кислот и многоатомных спиртов получали путем взаимодействия таллового масла и триэтаноламина, а кальциевые соли алкиларилсульфокислот - в процессе производства сульфонатных и силицилатных присадок к моторным маслам (путем алкилирования бензола продуктами полимеризации пропанпропиленовой фракции газов крекинг- и реформинг-процессов);
- в качестве поглотителя кислых газов (сероводород, углекислый газ) использовали марганцевокислый калий;
- в качестве ингибитора коррозии использовали органический ингибитор пленочного типа, например, сепакорр 5478 AM;
The following materials were used to prepare the process fluid:
- oil or products of its processing were taken as the hydrocarbon phase (preferably the use of diesel fuel in accordance with GOST 4749-73);
- fine calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide was taken as the solid phase, while the particles of the solid phase had sizes less than 1.0 μm;
- as a stabilizer and emulsifier took a mixture of esters of organic acids and polyhydric alcohols with calcium salts of alkylaryl sulfonic acids. Esters of organic acids and polyhydric alcohols were obtained by the interaction of tall oil and triethanolamine, and the calcium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids were obtained during the production of sulfonate and silicate additives to motor oils (by alkylation of benzene with polymerization products of the propane-propylene fraction of the cracking and reforming gases);
- potassium permanganate was used as an absorber of acid gases (hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide);
- an organic film-type inhibitor, for example, Sepacorr 5478 AM, was used as a corrosion inhibitor;
- as the aqueous phase used water of varying degrees of salinity and salt composition (it is preferable to use an aqueous solution of calcium chloride).
The preparation of the composition of the process fluid was carried out as follows. A mixture of esters with calcium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids was dissolved in the hydrocarbon phase. Then, gradually, with vigorous stirring, the aqueous phase was added until it was completely emulsified and the water-in-oil system was stabilized in equilibrium. Next, a solid dispersed phase and an acid gas absorber were introduced with stirring until they were uniformly distributed in the solution system. At the final stage of the preparation of the process fluid, a corrosion inhibitor is added with its uniform distribution in the system volume.
The ratio of ingredients in the preparation of the process fluid was in the following ranges (wt.%): Hydrocarbon phase from 10.0 to 30.0; solid phase from 10.0 to 30.0; a mixture of esters with calcium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids (1:30) from 20.0 to 30.0; acid gas absorber from 0.5 to 5.0; corrosion inhibitor from 0.5 to 3.0 and the aqueous phase - the rest.
Для этих целей использовали пластовый флюид Астраханского газоконденсатного месторождения с содержанием сероводорода 25,5% и углекислого газа - 23,7%).The test fluid with different concentrations of the starting components (table 1) was carried out when exposed to hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide and a temperature of 105 o C. For these purposes, used reservoir fluid Astrakhan gas condensate field with a hydrogen sulfide content of 25.5% and carbon dioxide 23.7 %).
где n - число гибов проволочных образцов после воздействия кислых газов;
The change in the technological properties of the composition was evaluated using standard methods and instruments. The parameter "electrical stability" was measured on a device of the company "Baroid". The characteristics of corrosion activity were evaluated in the raw gas medium of the Astrakhan gas condensate field in special test chambers at a temperature of 105 o C, in which the witness samples were placed. The general corrosion rate was estimated in accordance with GOST 9.905-82 and GOST 9.506-87 using flat samples of size 50x20x2.5 mm made of SM 90SSU steel, and wire samples with a diameter of 2 mm made of CB-08A wire were used to assess the hydrogen-disturbing activity of the composition. The value of residual ductility (Q in%) was determined by the formula
where n is the number of bends of wire samples after exposure to acid gases;
n0 is the initial number of bends of wire samples.
2.The change in the main technological properties of the composition before and after exposure to formation fluid and a temperature of 105 o C are presented in table. 2.
From the results given in table. 2, it follows that for the composition the lower limit of the content of ingredients is, wt. %: hydrocarbon phase - 10.0; solid phase - 10.0; emulsifier stabilizer - 20.0; acid gas absorber - 0.5; corrosion inhibitor - 0.5 (solutions - 2, 7, 12, 17, 22), and the upper limit is the hydrocarbon phase - 30; solid phase 30.0; emulsifier stabilizer - 30.0; acid gas absorber - 5.0; corrosion inhibitor - 3.0 (solutions - 4, 9, 14, 19, 24). It was found that the optimal ratio of the mixture of esters of organic acids and calcium salts of alkylarylsulfonic acids in the emulsifier-stabilizer is 1:30 (solution 27).
Within these limits, the main properties of the composition meet the requirements for the isolation of the annulus, preservation, killing, underground and overhaul, as an overpacker and buffer fluid, blocking of highly permeable sections of the reservoir in conditions of high acid gas content during oil exploitation and gas wells. So rheological properties (conditional viscosity, static shear stress), filtration properties, aggregate stability (value of electrical stability), hydrogen sulfide content and the characteristics of the corrosion activity of the composition after exposure to acid gases and a temperature of 105 o C are in the optimal range.
100oC.Thus, the composition of the process fluid proved to be stable when exposed to reservoir fluid with a high content of aggressive acid gases - hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide and temperatures above 100 o C.
