Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of energy and can be used in district heating systems.
A known method of district heating, which can be understood by considering the operation of the heating point G.S. Ruzavina for a heat supply system (Patent N 2002169 C1 RU, MKI F 24 D 15/00). The method consists in sequential heating of the return network water at a central heating station (CHP), a peak heater or a boiler room, and G.S. Ruzavina. The network water cooled at the heat point is fed through the return pipe of the heat network to the TPP, where it is successively heated in the tube bundle of the steam turbine condenser, network heaters of the lower and upper heat recovery steam, in the peak heater or boiler room and through the direct network water pipe, to the heat supply area. In a remote heating unit, low-grade heat of return network water is used to equalize the temperature regime of hot and cold water supply by using two heat pumps, and the peak loads due to the heat consumption schedule are covered by increasing the temperature of direct network water in the peak boiler house.
the need to heat the coolant flowing through the return pipe to the CHPP, sequentially in the steam turbine condenser, network heaters of the lower and upper taps and the peak heater or boiler room to temperatures due to the coating of the peak part of the heat load graph, which leads to high heat losses in the direct network water pipe and to high specific consumption of equivalent fuel for heat supply at the central heating center (CHP).
Closest to the proposed one is a method of district heating (A.S. N 1800235 A1, SU, MKI F 24 D 11/02), which consists in supplying direct network water through a supply line from the main heat source to a remote heat source and then to the heat consumer and returning the network water on the return line. In a remote heat source, part of the heat of the direct network water is used to produce steam of the working fluid and the steam to perform work during the condensation process in the heat engine, and the condensation of the spent steam of the working fluid is carried out by reverse network water, while the heated water is mixed with direct network water. The peak portion of the heat supply load (heat consumption) schedule is covered by heating the return network water in the central (main) heat source to the temperatures determined by this schedule or by heating the direct network water in the peak hot water boiler room at a remote heat source.
The disadvantage of this method of district heating is the low cost due to the need to heat the coolant at the central heating station (CHP) to temperatures due to the schedule of the heating load, which leads to high heat losses in the direct network water pipe.
The objective of the invention is to provide a method of district heating, which is more economical.
The problem is achieved by the fact that in the known method, which consists in supplying direct network water through a supply line, using the heat of direct network water at a remote heat point to produce steam of the working agent, performing the obtained steam in the process of condensation in the heat pump, and returning the return network water on the return line, heating of the return network water at the central heating point is carried out to temperatures determined by the hot water supply schedule with the transfer of heat to the remote heating point You circulate the water in the heating circuit, while the condensation of the steam of the working agent in the heat pump is carried out by the circulating water of the heating circuit.
The drawing shows one of the possible district heating systems that implements the proposed method.
The system contains pipelines of direct 1 and return 2 of the network water of the heating network from the central heating station (CHP) and a remote (e.g., intra-quarter) heating station containing an absorption lithium bromide heat pump, which consists of a generator 3, a condenser 4, a regenerative heat exchanger 5, the absorber-evaporator 6, lithium bromide circuit 7, the working agent circuit 8 and the heating water circuit 9, providing heat supply in the heaters 10. In addition, the remote heat point equipment van combustion chamber 11 highly reactive fuel and a chimney 12 for removing combustion products.
The method can be understood by considering the operation of the specified system.
From the central heat point (CHP), network water with a temperature determined by the heat supply mode “hot water supply” is fed through a direct network water pipe 1 to a remote (for example, intra-quarter) heat station equipped with a lithium-bromide absorption heat pump. The low-grade heat of the mains water is transferred to the water circulating in the heating circuit 9 in the absorber-evaporator 6 of the heat pump. The temperature of the water circulating in the heating circuit is raised to a temperature determined by the heat consumption schedule in the heating devices 10 during the heating period in the condenser 4 of the heat pump.
The process of increasing the temperature in the heating circuit is carried out due to the circulation of the absorbent and the working agent in the lithium bromide circuit 7 and the working agent circuit 8, respectively. To evaporate the working agent, hot gases generated by burning highly reactive fuels, for example natural gas in the combustion chamber 11, are supplied to the heat pump generator 3, which are then removed through the chimney 12. The working agent steam is activated in the condenser 4 of the heat pump, giving off its heat to the circulation water of the heating circuit 9. In the regenerative heat exchanger 5 of the heat pump, regenerative heating of the absorbent (lithium bromide) is carried out.
Network water, cooled to a temperature determined by the schedule of "hot water" (approximately 30 o C), is returned to the central heating station (CHP) via the return pipe 2 of the network water.
At the same time, the process of heating the network water at the central heating station (CHP) is carried out only in the network heater of the lower heating selection to a temperature determined by the load schedule for "hot water supply".
Thus, the described method of district heating has a higher efficiency due to the fact that:
1. The process of heating the return network water at the central heating point (CHP) is carried out only in the network heater of the lower heating selection to temperatures determined by the load schedule of the “hot water supply”, which, in turn, reduces the temperature of the direct network water and, as a result, the loss heat in the pipeline direct network water.
2. Reducing the temperature of direct network water leads to an increase in the generation of electricity from heat consumption by increasing the passage of steam into the condenser of a steam turbine at a thermal power plant.
3. Reducing the temperature of direct network water leads to a decrease in the volumetric flow rate of network water, which leads to a decrease in electricity for pumping coolant.
In addition, a decrease in the temperature of direct network water leads to the abandonment of the use of peak hot water boilers (PVCs) and network heaters of the upper heating selection at the central heating point (CHP), which reduces fuel consumption for heat generation at CHPs and reduces investment in CHPs.
