The purpose of the utility model is to create an effective fire extinguishing device.
The technical result of the claimed utility model is to increase the efficiency of the fire extinguishing system through the use of a combined method of fire extinguishing with a gas-drop jet of a mixed fire extinguishing agent.
Технический результат достигается тем, что устройство пожаротушения содержит герметично запаянную с обоих торцов полимерную трубку, заполненную под давлением огнетушащим веществом (далее смесевое ОТВ), отличается тем, что внутренний объем трубки сформирован из огнетушащего вещества и инертного газа, находящихся под давлением 5-20 Атм, при этом огнетушащее вещество занимает 30-40% внутреннего объема трубки и состоит из огнетушащего агента и транспортного газа при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%; огнетушащий агент - 30-50%, транспортный газ - 50-70%.The technical result is achieved in that the fire extinguishing device contains a polymer tube hermetically sealed at both ends, filled under pressure with a fire extinguishing agent (hereinafter referred to as a mixed fire extinguishing agent), characterized in that the internal volume of the tube is formed from a fire extinguishing agent and an inert gas under pressure of 5-20 atm , while the fire extinguishing agent occupies 30-40% of the internal volume of the tube and consists of a fire extinguishing agent and transport gas in the following ratio, wt.%; fire extinguishing agent - 30-50%, carrier gas - 50-70%.
In addition, perfluoro (2-methyl-3-pentanone) and/or fluoroketone FK-5-1-12 with a boiling point of not more than 50°C is used as a fire extinguishing agent, and octafluorocyclobutane or difluorochloromethane, which is at normal temperature under a pressure of at least 5 atm in the liquid state.
In addition, helium or argon is used as an inert gas.
In addition, polyurethane or polyamide is used as the material of the polymer tube.
The specified pressure of the inert gas provides, when the device is heated to a temperature of 90-200°C, the transition of the mixed fire extinguishing agent into a gas-drop state, contributing to the complete exit from the device and the most effective volumetric fire extinguishing. The properties of an inert gas preclude its interaction with the mixed fire extinguishing agent and the change in its fire-extinguishing characteristics under conditions of high pressure and high temperatures. By adjusting the inert gas pressure, it is possible to set the specified transition point of the mixed fire extinguishing agent to the most effective gas-drop state for fire extinguishing (with an average drop diameter of not more than 5-10 microns), as well as the activation temperature of the fire extinguishing device.

Tube blanks are installed in the feeder of the dosing unit. At the command of the operator, the workpieces are automatically evacuated, filled with a given amount of mixed OTV (no more than 30-40% of the tube volume), then filled with argon to a pressure of 5-20 atm and sealed by sealing.
Finished products are labeled, tested by Quality Control Department and packed in shipping containers.
Laboratory and fire tests
For quality control and testing, samples with a mass spread of no more than 3-5 g are taken from a batch of finished products by random sampling. Samples are weighed, visually assessed for quality and uniformity of appearance, thermogravimetric analysis is carried out on a derivatorgraph, and the change in mass after testing is also recorded.
Conducting laboratory and fire tests
To conduct fire tests of products, a fire chamber with a volume of 30 liters is prepared, as well as model fires (hereinafter referred to as MOS) in the form of metal cylinders with a diameter of 3-5 cm and a height of not more than 3 cm. chambers make several holes with a diameter of 3-4 cm. To ensure the outflow of combustion products, a hole with a diameter of at least 4-5 cm is made in the upper part of the fire chamber.
A fire chamber is installed in a room with forced ventilation and a sample of the product is placed on the upper part using the fasteners included in the delivery set. An MOP is installed at the bottom of the fire chamber and half filled with AI-92 gasoline. With the help of an electric lighter, a fire is remotely initiated. The time of activation and extinguishing of fiery combustion is recorded using a stopwatch. The mass of the released mixed OTV is recorded using electronic scales with an accuracy of 0.01 g.
Output. A batch of products is considered to have successfully passed laboratory and fire tests if the test results match the results indicated in the table.
