Reasons that impede the task are the complexity of the manufacturing technology due to the large number of ingredients, the inconvenience of their preparation and the need to use a relatively large amount of abrasive material, as well as a rather high dependence of roughness on the grain size of the abrasive material being treated surface, which greatly affects its quality .
The objective of the invention is to reduce the consumption of abrasive material and improve the quality of the processed surface.
The technical result consists in improving the quality of the processed surface by (20 ... 30)% while reducing the amount of abrasive material up to 2.5 times.
Dч = (1,2 - 1,5)dА,
60... 80oC.To achieve a technical result in the manufacture of an abrasive grinding tool, a mass including abrasive, epoxy resin, polyethylene polyamine and an organic modifier, it additionally contains a filler, which is used as a high-strength ferritic cast iron with dispersion:
D h = (1.2 - 1.5) d A ,
where d And the dispersion of the abrasive, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Abrasive - 20 ... 45
Polyethylenepolyamine - 2.5 ... 5.0
Organic modifier - 1.5 ... 3.0
High-strength ferritic cast iron - 17 ... 40
Epoxy Resin
The tool is obtained as follows. An abrasive is added to the epoxy resin, the resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed for 5 ... 6 min, after which high-strength ferritic iron with a dispersion of D h = (1.2-1.5) d A is added to it, where d A is the dispersion of the abrasive, and again mixed for 3. ..5 min. Then, a hardener - polyethylene polyamine and an organic modifier is added to the resulting mixture, again thoroughly mixed for 5 ... 6 minutes. Thus prepared mass for the manufacture of grinding tools is poured into a mold and installed in an oven. Solidification of the mass occurs within 12 ... 16 hours at a temperature of 60 ... 80 o C.
The use of high-strength ferritic iron (VCh38-17, VCh42-12, VCh50-7; GOST 7293-79) as a filler is due to the fact that, having abrasive properties with a dispersion above 5 • 10 6 m, it also has the ability to smooth surface irregularities beyond due to the contained spherical bound graphite contained therein, which helps to reduce the resulting surface roughness without reducing the dispersion of the abrasive grain.
е. Dч=(1,2-1,5)dА.The dispersion of the filler - cast iron due to the following factors. High-strength ferritic iron has a structure consisting of a metal base - ferrite with inclusions of free graphite, spherical in shape, which plays the role of solid lubricant in mass. Since ferrites of ductile iron, operating as an abrasive, are much softer than abrasive powder, therefore, the prepared mass has some plasticity, it is advisable to use the dispersion of ductile iron, D h, somewhat larger than the dispersion of the grain of abrasive d A , i.e. D h = (1.2-1.5) d A.
This helps to increase the resistance of the abrasive tool while reducing the resulting surface roughness, which is important in the manufacture of profile grinding tools.
