Abstract
Description
The invention relates to poultry farming and can be primarily used to increase the viability and productivity of poultry.
A 01 K 45/00, 1990, прототип). There is a method of increasing the viability of a bird by pre-incubation treatment of eggs with radiation from a LGN-104 helium-neon laser, a DnESG-500 gas-discharge lamp, DRT-400 and BUV-15 ultraviolet lamps in expositions of 3 minutes each (Mamukaev M. N. USSR copyright certificate N 1780668, class A 01 K 45/00, 1990, prototype).
The disadvantage of this method is that it does not reveal the effect of light-laser treatment of hatching eggs in small doses before incubation, during the incubation process and does not maximize the viability and productivity of broilers.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the embryonic, postembryonic viability and productivity of broilers.
17%.This goal is achieved by the fact that 11 groups of 1680 incubation analog eggs were treated 4 times with an interval of 5 minutes in succession with the light of a DNESG-500 gas-discharge lamp with a wavelength of 630-650 nm, an average dose on the egg surface of 23.1 erg in an exposure of 15 s, LGN-104 helium-neon laser with a wavelength of 632.8 nm, an optical flux power of 50 mW / cm 2 s on the egg surface for 2 s exposure, a DRT-400 mercury-quartz lamp with a wavelength of 400/185 nm, and an average dose on the egg surface 20 mayr / h and a BUV-15 bactericidal lamp with a wavelength of 254/800 nm, an average dose on the egg surface of 15 V t in exposures of 5 s daily, then with an interval of 2-, 3- ... 9-days, as a result of which the highest indicators of embryogenesis were found in the group that was treated with an interval of 6 days, when embryonic waste significantly decreased in the quality of unfertilized eggs 1.8 times, blood rings - 1.3 times, suffocates - 2.7 times, substandard chickens and cripples - 1.9 times, while the output of conditioned chickens rises 1.2 times or 17 %
Light-laser treatment of incubation eggs and embryos in the same mode (Table 1) before incubation and for 6 days of incubation more effectively reduces incubation waste by the number of unfertilized eggs and blood rings, before incubation and on the 12th day of embryo development - the number of frozen embryos, and indicators of embryonic withdrawal in terms of the number of suffocates and substandard, weak chickens reacted more resonantly to light processing of the embryos on the 18th day of development.
The best incubation results were obtained in the group of embryos treated before incubation and on the 6th, 12th and 18th days of embryo development, when embryonic withdrawal was reduced and the output of conditioned chickens was significantly increased by 19%. To ensure the maximum stimulating effect of the embryonic viability of the bird, repeated exposures of small doses of the LGN-104 laser and the DLNESG-500, DRT-400 and BUV-15 lamps, which do not cause side effects, are required at intervals of 6 days.
Indicators of embryonic viability are positively correlated with the viability of broilers in the postembryonic period of development.
2). Processing of incubation analog eggs with LGN-104 lasers (2 s), DNESG-500 lamps (15 s), DRT-400 and BUV-15 (5 s each) 4 times with an interval of 5 minutes: before incubation (group 2), before incubation and on the 6-, 12-, 18th days of incubation (group 3), before incubation, on the 6-, 12-, 18th days of incubation and day old chickens (group 4) - they stimulate the viability of broilers in postnatal ontogenesis ( table 2).
With all the tested treatment regimes of embryos and chickens, an increase in viability indices up to 14 days of age is observed, then after a certain decrease the safety of broilers increases, reaching maximum breaks with control by the end of the cultivation.
The best results of poultry preservation were found during the light-laser treatment of embryos before incubation during the incubation of chickens, when, as a result, broilers received 10.82% more.
The average weight of hatching analog eggs in all groups was the same. At the same time, the processing of embryos with radiant energy introduced certain corrections into the dynamics of the mass of eggs and the yield of mass of daily young animals. In
P < 0,001. Compared with the average live weight of the daily young animals of the control group, the weight of the daily chickens of the experimental broilers was 101.96% in the 2nd group, 102.97% in the 3rd group, and 102.90% in the 4th group. Differences in the results of the experimental and control groups are statistically significant at P <0.001.
According to clinical data, experimental broilers deviations from the norm were not observed. They were distinguished by greater mobility and acute reaction to external stimuli.
3). In the average daily gain in live weight of experimental broilers, there were advantages over the control group bird (Table 3).
(P < 0,001). At the age of 14 days, as compared with the control group, the average daily gain in live weight of the 2nd group was 2.54 g higher, the 3 group - 3.30 g higher and the 4 group - 3.63 g higher (P <0.001).
(P < 0,001). At 28 and 42 days of age, the average daily gain in live weight exceeded the control results in the 2nd group, respectively, by 2.63 and 2.36 g, in the 3rd group - by 3.28 and 3.28 g and in the 4th group - by 3 79 and 3.50 g (P <0.001).
14,47% (P < 0,001). At the end of the feeding (56 days), the difference between the studied parameter between
The daily average growth rates and the average live weight of experimental broilers are more contrasted compared to the control in the first 2 weeks of feeding, and with the age of the bird, the effect of processing embryos and daily chickens with radiant energy decreases.
Multiple light-laser treatments of embryos with small doses before incubation and during incubation at intervals of 6 days more effectively affect broiler productivity in postnatal ontogenesis than just pre-incubation treatment.
14,47 - 26,75 %. Higher broiler productivity indicators were revealed when treating chicken embryos with small doses of LTP-104 laser, DnESG-500, DRT-400 and BUV-15 lamps before incubation, during incubation with an interval of 6 days and daily young animals, when during all age periods, compared with the control, live weight was higher by 12.93 - 22.61%, average daily gain in live weight - by 14.47 - 26.75%.
The analysis of economic and zootechnical indicators of the production test of low-dose laser laser activation (Table 4) found that for all accounting indicators of broiler viability and productivity, growth energy, the advantage of the experimental groups over the control was recorded.
Of the number of hatching eggs at the beginning of the experiment (3400), 70.68% were put on fattening in the control, 77.59% in the 2nd group, 82.12% in the 3rd group and 82.00% in the 4th group, of which fattening 89.9%; 94.35%; 96.7% and 97.5%, respectively.
Higher chick viability is positively correlated with growth energy.
Feed costs per 1 kg of live weight gain in the control group were 2.95 kg, in
