Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to technical physics, in particular to thermophysical measurements.
G 01 N 25/18, 1985).There is a pulsed method for determining the thermophysical characteristics of materials (TPC), consisting in pulsed thermal action in a straight line to the surface of the sample and recording the point in time when the temperature-integral temperature value from the moment the heat pulse is applied until the temperature reaches its maximum at the controlled point becomes equal to the integral time temperature at the same point after the maximum temperature T max (USSR author's certificate N 1201742, CL G 01 N 25/18, 1985).
The disadvantage of this method is the significant error in determining the onset of the maximum and the temperature T max .
G 01 N 25/18, 1986). There is also known a method closest to this technical solution for determining the thermal characteristics, which consists in the following: when using a single heat sink, determine the time interval from the moment of the first heat pulse from the linear heat source to the time when the temperature at the sensor location becomes equal to its initial value, set the minimum repetition rate of thermal pulses and begin to increase it in accordance with the known dependence. At the location of the sensor, a thermal pulse repetition rate is recorded at which the value of the excess predetermined temperature is set, then the thermal pulse repetition rate is increased again until the second predetermined temperature value is reached. A steady-state temperature is reached at the point where the sensor is located when the next heat pulse does not change the temperature at that point. In this case, the initial function is replaced by two members of the Maclaurin series (USSR copyright certificate N 1402892, class G 01 N 25/18, 1986).
The disadvantage of this method is the significant energy consumption of the heat source and the resulting error due to the replacement of the original function.
где Q - мощность источника тепла;
F - частота следования импульсов;
а - коэффициент температуропроводности;
λ - коэффициент теплопроводности;
R - расстояние между источником тепла и датчиком;
To determine the error of the method on an IBM 486 personal computer, computer simulation of temperature measurement processes at the location of the temperature sensor was performed. The process of heat propagation on the surface of a body that is thermally insulated from the environment in the heat sense of the body is described by an expression of the form:
where Q is the power of the heat source;
F is the pulse repetition rate;
a is the coefficient of thermal diffusivity;
λ is the coefficient of thermal conductivity;
R is the distance between the heat source and the sensor;
k is the sequence number of the thermal pulses.
145,8%.The expansion of this function in the Maclaurin series and the use of its two terms gives an expression of the form:
When calculating excess temperatures for the initial values Q = 1 J; F = 1 Hz; a = 10 -5 m 2 / s; λ = 1 W / m • K; R = 10 -3 m, the error resulting from the replacement is 10.91%. For Q = 1 J; F = 1 Hz; a = 5 • 10 -6 m 2 / s; λ = 1 W / m • K; R = 10 -3 m the error is already 145.8%.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the accuracy of the measurement of the thermal characteristics of materials.
The essence of the invention is as follows: on a thermally insulated surface of a test material, two point pulsed heat sources are placed. A temperature sensor (thermocouple) is located on the line of placement of heat sources at a distance of R 1 and R 2 from each source, respectively, while the amount of heat generated by the first heat source is Q 1 and the second source Q 2 . Determination of the TFC of the material is carried out by exposure to a sequence of thermal pulses with a repetition period τ from the first point heat source until an excess temperature T 1 is fixed at the location of the temperature sensor, which is fixed. The steady-state temperature value at the control point is achieved when the next heat pulse does not change the temperature at this point, then the second source starts acting in synchronism with the first heat source, and the heat source is set such that the excess temperature is fixed at the location of the temperature sensor, which is doubled temperature value T 1 . The amount of heat generated by the second heat source Q 2 is recorded.

k - порядковый номер следования тепловых импульсов;
For a given and determined values of the amount of heat Q 1 and Q 2, the desired TFC of the test material is calculated by the formulas:

The process of heat propagation on the surface of a body that is thermally semi-infinite thermally insulated from the environment when exposed to n thermal pulses with a repetition period τ from a point heat source at the time of the next heat pulse is described by an expression of the form:
Using the decomposition (3) in rad Maclaurin:
and taking the first two members of the series, the steady-state temperature at the location of the sensor will be determined by the expressions:
Taking the ratio of expressions (4) and (5), we obtain a formula for determining the thermal diffusivity (1), substituting the found value of the thermal diffusivity in expression (4), we obtain a formula for determining the thermal conductivity (2).
