Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of heat and sound insulating materials based on industrial wastes and may find application in the construction of residential and industrial buildings and structures.
(1). A known mixture for the manufacture of heat-insulating materials based on foam, latex and fibrous mineral filler (1).
The disadvantages of this mixture are the use of a relatively expensive mineral filler and the low strength of the finished product.
(2). Closest to the claimed is a raw material mixture comprising a foamed magnesia binder modified with a latex emulsion and a fibrous filler (2).
In this case, the use of organic fiber wastes is not provided, which would allow to fully realize the protective functions of the magnesian binder in relation to the used fibrous filler and expand the use of the resulting materials.
In order to make fuller use of the flame retardant and bactericidal properties of the magnesian binder, as well as the disposal of organic fiber wastes, it is proposed to use a mixture containing an organic fiber filler, foamed magnesia binder and latex for the production of building heat-insulating products.
1.3. To obtain materials with good heat-insulating properties, it is proposed to use a mixture of organic long-fiber (scraps of wool, flax bonfire) and short-fiber (fibrous waste paper) waste in a weight ratio of long-fiber / short-fiber from 0.5 to 1.3 as an organic fibrous filler.
1.3.The invention consists in the following: a raw material mixture for the manufacture of heat-insulating materials containing a foamed magnesia binder modified with a latex emulsion, and the fibrous filler includes the starting components in the following proportions:
The composition of the patented mixture (in wt.%):
Fibrous filler - 22.0 - 28.0
Magnesium Oxide - 14.0 - 16.0
The solution of magnesium chloride is dense. 1.06 kg / m 3 (or a mixture of chloride and magnesium sulfate) - 10.0 - 12.0
Latex (for example, grades SKS-65 GP) - 17.0 - 22.0
Frother (OP-7 or OP-10) - 0.7
Water - Else
and as a fibrous filler, a mixture of organic long-fiber (strips of wool, flax bonfire) and short-fiber (fibrous waste paper) waste is used in a mass ratio of long-fiber / short-fiber from 0.5 to 1.3.
The manufacturing process is as follows: in a foam prepared from the required amount of water, a foaming agent and a solution of magnesium chloride, a fibrous filler and dry magnesium oxide are gradually introduced. The mixture was stirred and latex was added. The mass is whipped for 8 to 10 minutes and processed into finished products.
The mixture is well molded and does not require special drying methods.
Characteristics of the products obtained:
Average density - 200 - 300 kg / m 3

Bending Strength - 0.3 - 0.7 MPa
Humidity - 4 - 5 wt.%
Sorption hydration - 10 - 12 wt.%
Thus, the invention allows to obtain a material that meets the requirements for thermal insulation products, as well as to utilize industrial wastes of organic fibrous materials.
