Изобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к дерматологии, и может быть использовано как наружное средство для местного применения при лечении заболеваний и повреждений кожи, в частности при лечении вяло гранулирующихся и замедленно эпителирующих ран, трофических язв, псориаза, экземы, ожогов различной степени, а также в косметике в качестве лечебного средства для улучшения трофики кожи. Может использоваться также в детской дерматологии в качестве гипоаллергенного средства при различных диатезах как сухих, так и мокнущих форм. Приготавливают мазь следующим образом. An ointment is prepared as follows.

Берут точные навески всех компонентов, готовят водные отвары череды и девясила, смешивают их с бурой. Расплавляют ланолин с воском, добавляют растительное масло, остужают смесь до комнатной температуры, добавляют в нее приготовленный и остуженный до той же температуры отвар с бурой. Полученную смесь взбивают до получения однородной массы. Замешивание производят на замешивательной машине или миксере. Готовую мазь расфасовывают в сосуды с плотно закрывающейся крышкой емкостью не более 50 г. отвары череды и девясила, введенные в соотношении ниже указанного значения, не проявляют благотворного влияния на кожу, а выше - проявляют избыточное одностороннее действие;
воск введен в рецептуру в соотношении, значение которого ниже указанного не обеспечивает микробиологической стабильности, а превышение нецелесообразно вследствие ухудшения пластических свойств.The selected ratio of the components is optimal. До этого проходила курсы лечения с применением известных средств в медицине, приносящее временное снятие зуда и некоторое улучшение, но сменяющееся частыми и острыми рецидивами. Больная получала лечение на основе применения предлагаемой мази в течение 22 дней (дважды в день). На 21-й день лечения отмечено разрежение очагов поражения.
