Description

The invention relates to the construction materials industry, in particular to the composition of the dry cement mixture intended for the production of waterproof concrete and mortar, and can be used in monolithic construction and for the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures of increased waterproofness that do not need additional waterproofing.

а.с. СССР N 1766859, C 48 B 7/00, 07.10.92). Known binder-dry mixture containing, wt.%: Volcanic ash 65 - 82, building gypsum 3.95 - 5.80, alkylcarboxyethanolamine 0.05 - 0.20, lime. (see A.S. USSR N 1766859, C 48 B 7/00, 10/07/92).

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a dry cement mixture containing Portland cement and an expanding mineral additive in an amount of 15 - 25% by weight of cement. Mineral expanding additive contains (in wt.%) Volcanic rock 65 - 85, gypsum 15 - 85, dolomite 1 - 5, silica fume 4 - 30. (see RF patent N 2085527, C 04 B 7/345, 07.27.97) .

The objective of the invention is to obtain both non-shrinking and expanding cement mixtures and increasing the water resistance of concrete and mortars made using this mixture.

5 - 25. The problem is solved in that a dry cement mixture, including Portland cement and a mineral expanding additive containing volcanic rock, gypsum, dolomite and silica fume, as a mineral expanding additive contains an additive "IR-1", which uses volcanic rock with a ratio of silicon oxide : aluminum oxide of more than 3.5, containing pumice 1 to 15 wt. %, and additionally, the additive contains a plasticizer in the following ratio of the components of the additive, wt.%: the specified volcanic rock 40 - 85, gypsum 10 - 35, dolomite 0 - 30, silica fume 0 - 5, plasticizer 1 - 3, in the following ratio of components dry cement mixture, wt.%: Portland cement 75 - 95, mineral expanding additive 5 - 25.

Moreover, the mixture may contain a hardening accelerator and / or hardening inhibitor, and / or water repellent, as well as anti-frost additives.

6-36-02-04-229-625-30. The following materials are used to prepare a dry cement mixture: Portland cement M-400 and an additive "IR-1" containing volcanic rock with a ratio of silicon oxide: aluminum oxide of more than 3.5, containing 1-15% pumice, gypsum, silica TU 7-249533 -01-90 and plasticizer C-3 TU 6-36-02-04-229-625-30.

The components of the additive are grinded together to a specific surface of 3000-7000 cm 2 / g. The resulting additive is mixed with cement.

To test the dry cement mixture, samples of 4x4x16 cm in size were prepared by shutting it with water in the ratio W / C = 0.4-0.5.

2. Examples of mixtures and their properties are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from the above data, the dry cement mixture "PROGRESS-1" can be obtained both non-shrinking and expanding and has increased water resistance and frost resistance.
