Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of drilling, in particular, for opening aquifers represented by sand deposits. Known drilling fluid containing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). (1)
This analogue has similarities with the proposed solution, in particular, the presence of CMC in its composition and conclusions.
(2). The closest analogue is a drilling fluid containing (in wt.%): Carboxymethyl cellulose 0.05 - 2.0, dextrin grains - a mixture of carbohydrates formed during the hydrolysis of potato and maize starch 0.5 - 2.0, sodium hydroxide 0.1 and water - the rest (2).
The disadvantage of this solution is that the polymer-dextrin crust formed on the walls of the aquifer is very poorly wedged, which ultimately reduces the specific production rate of the wells.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of the opening of the aquifer by reducing the depth of penetration of particles into the reservoir and create a thin elastic film on the walls of the aquifer.
The problem is solved in that the drilling fluid containing carboxymethyl cellulose, dextrin grains - a mixture of carbohydrates formed during the hydrolysis of potato and maize starch, and water, additionally contains perlite in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Carboxymethyl cellulose - 0.5 - 2.0
The specified dextrin grits - 0.5 - 3
Perlite - 0.1
Water - Else
Improving the quality of opening is achieved by reducing the penetration of the solution into the aquifer, since the film formed as a result of drilling with this solution is thin, flexible and can be easily wedged out in various ways.
Perlite is obtained from natural acidic volcanic rocks (perlite) by heat and mechanical treatment. Perlite filtering powder (filtroperite) is used as an auxiliary material in the food industry. Density - 1.2 - 1.8 g / cm 3 , white. Small additives of perlite to the solution lead to a decrease in the fluid loss of the solution and improve its properties.
The proposed solution differs from the known in that it additionally contains perlite. The use of additional perlite helps to increase the water loss of the formation, since it is precisely this composition of the components that promotes the formation of a thin elastic film on the walls of the aquifer and a decrease in the degree of clogging. The resulting film is much quicker to soften, which contributes to an increase in the specific flow rate of wells. Thus, the features of the distinguishing part of the formula meet the criterion of "significant differences".
To prepare the proposed solution, water is collected in a container, CMC carboxymethyl cellulose, dextrin grits and perlite are added, the volume is adjusted with water to a certain value and mixed until the components are completely dissolved.
The table shows the change in the indicated flow rate of wells depending on the composition of the solution and the percentage of components. The most effective is a solution containing: CMC - 2%, dextrin nibs - 2%, perlite - 0.1%, water - the rest.
The use of this solution allows to obtain maximum specific production rates of hydrogeological wells.
(2). Analysis of the table shows that wells drilled using the proposed solution, allow to obtain specific production rates on average 20% more than wells drilled using the solution (2).
Well drilling is carried out in one area using a single technology.
The proposed solution is the most effective (compared with the prototype), as it allows to increase the specific production rate by an average of 20%, while reducing the time for wedging each well.
