Abstract

FIELD: medicine, particularly, pediatrics; applicable in prognostication of recurrent respiratory diseases in children of under school age. SUBSTANCE: method is based on examination of immunogenetic status of organism by detection in blood of presence of antigens HLA, particularly, A3, B7, B12, Cω6. Presence of one if indicated antigens or their combination is indicative of possible occurrence of frequent respiratory diseases in children of under school age. EFFECT: possible planning of prophylactic measures and tactics of child behavior.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be, in particular, used to predict repeated acute diseases in preschool children.

The only analogue prototype is known, the essence of which lies in the fact that the umbilical cord blood is determined for the antigens of the A, B and C loci of the HLA system and, in the presence of one of the HLA antigens - A32, B21, B27 or their combination, frequent respiratory diseases are predicted /1/.

A disadvantage of the known prototype is that HLA antigens - A32, B21, B27 do not allow prediction of frequent respiratory diseases in preschool children in accordance with the different frequency of occurrence of HLA antigens in different age groups.

The inventive method for predicting frequent respiratory diseases in preschool children is new and is not described in the literature.

The basis of the invention is the prediction of frequent respiratory diseases in preschool children.

The problem is solved in that in the claimed method, antigens of loci A, B and C of the HLA system are determined in blood and, in the presence of one of the HLA antigens, A3, B7, B12, Cw6 or a combination thereof, frequent respiratory diseases in children at preschool age are predicted.

According to the invention, the determination in the blood of one of the HLA antigens - A3, B7, B12, Cw6, or a combination thereof, allows predicting frequent respiratory diseases in preschool children, which is necessary for planning preventive measures and tactics for managing a child.

The method was tested on 324 preschool children. The prognosis of frequent respiratory diseases in preschool children based on the detection of HLA antigens in the blood: A3, B7, B12, Cw6 - corresponded to the true frequency of acute diseases in children of this group.

Child 09/27/88 birth. Immunogenetic status of the child: A10, B7, Cw2. At the age of three years, the child often had respiratory diseases (6 cases of acute respiratory infections), bronchopneumonia and gastroenteritis were diagnosed. At 4 years old, two cases of acute respiratory disease, purulent otitis media, chickenpox, acute bronchitis were noted. At five years old - 3 cases of acute respiratory disease, otitis media, rhinotracheitis.

3974. Example 2. The history of childbirth 3974.
