Abstract

FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of extruded tubular food product from cereal raw material. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has forming head extending through die and joined with auger of cooking extruder through threaded joint. Forming head has front cylindrical surface and rear cylindrical surface of smaller diameter. Front and rear surfaces are joined by intermediate conical surface. Front cylindrical surface and intermediate conical surface are positioned beyond die. EFFECT: increased efficiency in obtaining product of diameter exceeding that of die. 1 dwg

Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к устройствам для изготовления из зернового сырья пищевого экструдированного продукта в виде трубок. Claims

A device for manufacturing a food extruded product containing an extruder with a die and a forming head rotatably mounted therein, characterized in that the transition conical surface and the front cylindrical surface of the forming head are located outside the die of the matrix.
