Abstract

FIELD: medicine, cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: curative-cosmetic agent comprises the following quantitative ratio of components, wt. -%: topical anesthetic substance, 6.5-20.0; addition stimulating granulation and keratinization of skin surface, 5.0-10.0; ginseng tincture, 6.0-9.0; rosewort root tincture, 3.0-7.0; olive oil, 4.0-12.0; propolis extract, 7.0-15.0; perfume, 0.5-1.0; polyethylene oxide gel, the balance. Dimexide, anesthesine and novocaine are used as topical anesthetic substances and Bergenia pacifica tincture is used as an addition stimulating granulation and keratinization of skin surface. An agent provides effectiveness and prolongation of coition and eliminates the early ejaculation in males due to complex effect of topical anesthetic substances and additions stimulating granulation and keratinization of copulative organ skin surface of man. В качестве местно-анестезирующих веществ используют димексид, анестезин, новокаин. Предлагаемый крем "Пролонго" приготавливают следующим образом. При температуре 18 - 20^oC в указанных в составах N 1, 2 концентрациях растворяют водорастворимый новокаин в геле полиэтиленоксида и отдельно жирорастворимый анестезин в оливковом масле. Затем обе части объединяют и интенсивно перемешивают (гомогенизируют) при последовательном введении остальных компонентов крема. The proposed cream "Prolongo" is prepared as follows. At a temperature of 18 - 20 ^o C in the concentrations indicated in compositions N 1, 2, dissolve water-soluble novocaine in a polyethylene oxide gel and separately fat-soluble anestezin in olive oil. Then both parts are combined and intensively mixed (homogenized) with the sequential introduction of the remaining components of the cream. The mixture is homogenized for 60 minutes and packaged in a container.

Применение предлагаемого крема "Пролонго" (составы N 1, 2). Крем наносят массирующими движениями в количестве 0,2 - 0,5 г на поверхность кожи копулятивного органа (от головки до корня) мужчины и дожидаются полного впитывания препарата. При этом нервные окончания на поверхности полового члена теряют чувствительность с сохранением его эрекции, что устраняет преждевременное рефлекторное мышечное сокращение и способствует предупреждению преждевременного семяизвержения, вследствие чего удлиняется половой акт. При необходимости процедуру повторяют несколько раз. После нанесения крем не удаляется вплоть до последующих обработок. В лечебном варианте (ускоренное семяизвержение) целесообразно проводить обработку 2-3 раза в сутки в течение периода, достаточного для восстановления нормальной длительности полового акта. После 1 - 2-месячного применения препарата наступает психологическое закрепление достигнутых сексуальных возможностей мужчины и он может осуществлять половой акт без применения предлагаемого средства с нормальным сроком наступления семяизвержения. В дальнейшем можно перейти на профилактический вариант применения крема 2-4 раза в неделю. При этом крем наносится перед половым актом за 3 - 5 минут для обеспечения полного впитывания крема.
