Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the field of medical technology, namely to prosthetics and prosthetics.
[1] . There are various types of artificial feet and methods for their manufacture [1].
However, most of them have low reliability and functionality.
The closest analogue is an artificial foot containing a lining and an insert [2]. However, this liner is not strong enough, often fails.
The objective of the invention is the creation of a strong, cosmetic and functional foot for people with disabilities of different weight categories with different levels of amputation of the lower leg and thigh.
The set task in terms of the device is achieved by the fact that in the artificial foot containing the lining and the liner, a distinctive feature is that the liner is made of polymeric materials, such as capron and polyethylene, buffers of different degrees of hardness are used in the front and rear buffer pads depending on the level amputations of the limb and the weight of the disabled person, the insert has a void in the place of rolling to reduce the weight of the foot, belts from the conveyor belt are attached to the insert from the bottom with screws and filled with foam Liurethane mixture. Also, in an artificial foot containing liner and liner, a distinctive feature is that the liner is made of polymeric materials, such as capron and polyethylene, the front and rear buffer pads are rigid, the front is raised by 150 - 200 mm depending on the size of the foot, on the base a blank from the conveyor belt is molded in the liner.
In part of the method, which consists in a method of manufacturing artificial feet according to claim 1 (for disabled people with low weight), and according to claim 2 (for disabled people with high weight), a distinctive feature is that either the insert according to claim 1 is installed in the mold 1, or the insert according to claim 2, at the level of the ankle hinge and buffer pads, a special device is laid in the mold that forms the sides.
The totality of the above characteristics was not found in science and technology until the filing date of the application, which meets the requirement of "novelty." Thus, the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of "positive effect". In addition, the authors have not found such solutions, therefore, the set of essential features meets the criteria of the invention "significant differences".
The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where in FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an insert for lightweight disabled people; in FIG. 2 - insert for disabled heavy weight; in FIG. 3 - a special device for receiving sides.
The foot (Fig. 1) contains an insert 1 with buffers 2 of varying degrees of stiffness depending on the level of amputation of the limbs and the weight of the disabled person, at the point of rolling the insert has a void to reduce the weight of the foot. Belts 3 from the conveyor belt are attached to the liner from the bottom and poured with a polyurethane foam mixture.
The foot (Fig. 2) contains an insert 1 made of polymeric materials, such as capron and polyethylene. The front 4 and rear 5 buffer pads are rigid, the front one is raised by 150 - 200 mm depending on the size of the foot. At the base of the liner, a blank 6 of conveyor belt is molded.
The artificial feet made according to the proposed method are connected in the ankle joint with various prostheses, which are shown to one or another disabled person, and are put into operation. Preliminary test results are positive.
A specific example of the method. According to the invention, a batch of artificial feet was made at the factory. They prosthetized several disabled people of various weight categories with different levels of amputation of the lower leg and thigh.
The manufacture of the foot in the same mold using two different designs of supporting elements will allow you to create feet for the disabled of various weight categories with different amputations.
The use of front and rear buffers of varying degrees of stiffness will provide comfort when walking and facilitate the movement of a disabled person on the prosthesis.
