Description

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to psychotherapy, and may find application for the treatment of neurosis and borderline conditions.

 Psychocorrection as a way of influencing the psyche and consciousness can be used in psychoanalysis, for example, for the correction of hidden subconscious complexes, in sexology, for example for the treatment of psychogenic impotence, frigidity, unwanted deviations in sexual orientation, in medical and social rehabilitation, as an additional factor for harmonization personality and psychosocial adaptogen, as well as in other areas of human activity.

 Methods of correcting the human psyche can be divided into verbal, that is, in a word, and non-verbal, for example, sound and image.

 There is a method of correcting the psychological state of a person through the detection, awareness and verbalization of a patient’s problem (classical Freudian psychoanalysis) ((1) p. 11). This method is currently the most widely used. The disadvantage of this method is the very significant duration (sometimes up to many years) of interaction with the client, arising relationships of the client’s dependence on the person performing the correction, its selective effectiveness.

 There is a method of correcting a person’s psychological state through dialogue, psychodrama, socio-drama, etc. for experiencing here and now a traumatic situation in order to complete traumatic gestalts ((1) p. 12). Correction of the psyche in this method is carried out through the use of various game situations. This method is shown only in the presence of a traumatic situation, which limits its widespread use.

 There is a method of correcting the psychological state of a person through the formation of a personality model, including Parent, Adult and Child, describing the behavior as a game and scenario with the goal of more effective psychological adaptation of a person (Transactional analysis by E. Berne) ((2) p. 20-22). With this method of exposure, the client who applied for psychocorrection forms a useful model of behavior that allows the person to adequately adapt to the dynamics of modern life.

 A known method of correcting the mental state of a person through neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). The method consists in influencing the human psyche with words, including the use of trance states, dramatization techniques, directed fantasies, non-verbal reflection and reframing, along with unique techniques such as anchoring, visual mixing and using submodalities ((1) p. 4- 6).

 The techniques used in NLP, as well as the methods described above, are aimed at creating an explicit strategy for psychotherapy, that is, modeling of useful ways of human behavior is used. At the same time, these methods do not make it possible to objectify the degree of impact on a person, since they are characterized by the exclusive use of linguistics (reference indices, universal quantifiers, modal operators, etc.), that is, words as the main acting factor, which leads to significant variability of the methods as depending on the personality of the person correcting the psyche, and depending on the individual characteristics of the client’s perception of the semantic fields of the words used, which limits nenie these methods in areas related to the need for accurate, objective exposure.

 Known methods for correcting the psychophysiological state of a person through hypnosis, in which a person’s subconscious resources are used without control from his consciousness ((3) p. 3-11). Such methods of correction of the psyche are very effective. These methods, like the previous one, imply the possibility, along with verbal and non-verbal effects on the human psyche. However, the non-verbal impact in these cases is used not as a tool for changing the psyche, but as an auxiliary tool for achieving rapport and trance states. However, the debatability of the ethical impact on a person without control of his consciousness imposes serious restrictions on the breadth of application of this method. It should also be noted that not all customers want to be hypnotized.

 Closest to the proposed is a non-verbal way of correcting the psychophysiological state of a person by means of music therapy, taken as a prototype ((4) p. 259-263) in which a piece of music selected in accordance with the criterion of medical expediency is presented to the patient. In this way, music sets the general mood, and the “emotional coloring” of the images that arise during its perception is different depending on the individual characteristics of musical perception, the degree of musical preparation and the intellectual characteristics of the person being corrected. According to the mechanism of action, minor keys reveal a “depressive effect”, fast pulsating rhythms act excitingly, soft rhythms calm, dissonances excite, and consonances calm. In this case, painful and unpleasant affects are discharged, destroyed, that is, the aesthetic reaction is reduced to catharsis ((4) p. 259). Many authors, on the basis of the clinical effect, compose "treatment catalogs" of music, highlighting mainly the stimulating and sedative sides of the effect. For all the variety of types of music-therapeutic effects, one can distinguish three of its forms: communicative (aimed at improving relations with the doctor), reactive (aimed at catharsis and intensification of speech therapy) and regulating (relieving neuropsychic arousal).

 In general, it should be noted that the impact of music is nonspecific, that is, extremely wide, and it is very difficult to isolate its selective influence on individual phenomena. At the same time, the therapeutic effect of music is symptomatic, that is, stopping pathological manifestations, but not affecting their cause and not forming a new positive personality model and its behavior. In addition, this method is limited to the auditory canal of exposure and a change in the almost exclusively emotional sphere of the personality.

 The technical result of the present invention is to expand the applicability of the method by objectifying the impact on the person and his environment.

 This result is achieved by the fact that in the known method of psychocorrection, which includes influencing the human psyche through music and changing his emotional characteristics, according to the invention, an image of a person is preliminarily obtained, his personality characteristics to be changed are revealed, the direction of their changes is determined, facial features are changed and / or other image attributes in accordance with the new model of human interaction with surrounding people, the image obtained through visual air analyzers ystvuyut on the human psyche and / or other people's changing attitude to it that changes his image of himself and corrects his personal characteristics.

 It is advisable to additionally introduce sound accompaniment adequate to the new model of human interaction with surrounding people and additionally affect the auditory analyzers of the person and / or other people.

 Preliminary image acquisition provides a material object that allows you to objectively assess the personality characteristics subject to change and the direction of their changes. Changing facial features and / or other attributes of the image in accordance with the new model of human interaction with surrounding people allows us to implement the specificity of the method, act purposefully, exactly in accordance with the wishes of the client or the decision conducting psychocorrection. Using the visual channel for transmitting information allows non-verbal exposure, and presenting the image to other people allows you to involve most people in the process of psychocorrection, whose reactions and behavior enhance the effect.

 The essence of the method is illustrated by examples.

 Example. A modified image of the face of the author of the present invention was applied on a business card in black and white (the image was modified using computer technology); in large black letters, forming the word Consultant, whose semantic field has an additional mystical meaning in the test social group (5); phone number with reference index Sot. in combination with the absence of such a characteristic feature of a business card as an address, which removes the restrictions on the spatial reference of the image prototype.

 The effect of this business card was tested by the author of the invention in an experiment by presenting and distributing to others, followed by a subjective assessment of the effect.

 Presentation and distribution of business cards led to a change in the attitude of others to the prototype of the image in an intentionally specified direction, namely, the interest of others to the personality of the author, their desire to actively communicate, and respectful attitude to him increased. As a result, the author’s self-esteem has increased.

 Example. The head of the commercial company complained about the inability to concentrate on solving business problems, the general decline in mood, his doubts about the ability to effectively manage the team that often haunt him. The resulting portrait of the leader was changed to give him the lines of determination, will, spirituality and placed in his office on the wall in front of him. Three weeks later, the head said that business activity in the office has increased significantly. He noted that the portrait seemed to “hypnotize” him, not allowing him to relax and constantly reminding him of his best qualities. The efficiency and respect on the part of subordinates increased, the manager began to feel like a "real leader."

 Example. A 14-year-old teenager asked his father to solve the problem of communication between the boy and his peers. In his opinion, classmates do not want to communicate with him, considering him a "sissy", and he does not want to imitate them in alcoholism and smoking. The image of the undergrowth's face was changed to give it an expression of severity and independence, and with an earring in his ear and a bandana on his head, he was put on a black T-shirt framed by a metal chain against a blazing star. Three days later, the teenager said that the attitude of peers had changed, they began to actively communicate with him, considering them “their own”, his self-confidence significantly increased. Thus, a t-shirt with a changed image served as a social adaptogen, a kind of pass to certain layers of the youth environment.

 To date, psychocorrection has been carried out with a positive result of 23 people.

 A clear hypothetical example of a psychocorrector using a sound harmonizing marital relations can be a musical card with the image of spouses, modified to give them the appearance of love, losing at its opening the introduction to the Mendelssohn march.

 The possibility of implementing the proposed method is confirmed by its practical implementation, for example, in the form of business cards or T-shirts with the corresponding images.

 Each such material carrier of the altered image, the author considers, as a Visual psychocorrector - a device for correcting unwanted and / or desirable personality traits and / or mental deviations and / or compensation of frustrating factors and / or psychological defense, consisting of a carrier (any object and / or device satisfying the condition of multiple presentation of the image (television screen, computer monitor, virtual and other space, clothing and its accessories, household items, jewelry, ju plain products, leather (including a living person), paper, plastic, wood, metal, glass, ceramics, enamel, etc.) with the image applied to it, modified for medical and / or other purposes, for example, the user's face visual psychocorrector.

 The proposed method in comparison with the known has several significant advantages.

 1. The method is practically applicable in many areas. This is achieved by the fact that, in contrast to the prototype method, where the goal is to improve relations with the doctor, catharsis and the removal of neuropsychic excitement, in the proposed method, the goal is to change the client’s perceptions of himself and his abilities, as well as change the perception of others about the client’s personality .

 2. The method has specificity. If in the prototype method there is a nonspecific effect of music on the emotional sphere of the personality, then the direction of image changes is determined precisely on the basis of the wishes of the client or the person performing the correction.

 3. Among the advantages of the proposed method, we can distinguish its objectivity, materiality. A person is surrounded by a large number of objects, devices and devices, and the proposed method involves a very wide range of their use. In the method, any material medium on which an image can be applied can be used.

 4. The principal advantage of the proposed method is a new object of influence - interpersonal relationships. Presentation of images not only to the client, but also to those around him leads to an increase in the effectiveness of the method due to the harmonization of interpersonal relationships based on changes in the attitude of others to the client.

Thus, the hallmarks of the proposed method are:
- the presence of a new set of actions;
- the procedure for performing actions;
- conditions of implementation.

 The method can be widely applied in medicine, as well as in neurophysiology and psychology, for example, as a tool for studying personality and / or emotions, as well as in sociology, for example, as a factor in assessing social dynamics, as well as in pedagogy, for example, as a means of education in to the child and adolescent of the desired qualities, as well as in the penetration system, for example, as a means of punishment or correction, as well as in modeling clothes, for example for the harmonizing effect of clothes, as well as in design, for example, to harmonize the situation, as well as in yuternyh technologies, such as the impact power of the image in virtual reality.

 Based on the foregoing, in the opinion of the author, the claimed method is new, has an inventive step and is industrially applicable, that is, it meets the patentability criterion.

A method of psychocorrection, including the impact on the human psyche and a change in its emotional characteristics, characterized in that they preliminarily receive an image of a person, identify his personality characteristics to be changed, determine the direction of their changes, change facial features and / or other attributes of the image, bringing him in accordance with the identified direction, cause a change in the attitude of the people around him and adjust his personal characteristics in a given direction by exposure to the visual analyzer of the surrounding people and the person by repeatedly presenting the created image.  2.
