The utility model relates to special-purpose equipment for chemical laboratories and can be used in the manufacture of production, testing and student laboratory tables designed to perform research work with chemical reagents in industries and educational institutions. The technical result from the use of the proposed utility model consists in the presence of a rack above the desktop in the form of a shelf with illumination and an exhaust duct for removing vapors of volatile substances, dividing the surface into 2 workplaces, one of which has a built-in sink made of corrosion-resistant steel 1 mm thick, as well as in the presence of a system for supplying and removing running water and natural gas.

State of the art

A laboratory table made of a frame is known, including a support frame with four legs, on which a tabletop with a niche located in the back of the table is fixed (Patent for industrial design RU 2462312 C1, dated 05/04/2011, publ. 09/27/2012).

The disadvantage of this table is the absence of a water and natural gas supply system and, as a result, the absence of a sink for working with liquids and the absence of an exhaust hood for working with gases.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed is a table, which includes a base consisting of a metal frame with legs and a rectangular table top with a chemically resistant coating, with a sink built into it, as well as a top table located in the center of the base in the form of a U-shaped rack , dividing the table into two general-purpose workstations (Patent for an industrial design RU 17013 U1, dated 11/01/2000, publ. 03/10/2001).

The disadvantage of this table is the lack of an exhaust duct for working with volatile substances, as well as the lack of illumination above the work surface.

The working surface, which is a single working area for working with liquids and their rapid removal, has a built-in sink made of corrosion-resistant steel 1 mm thick, which has a grid that can leave laboratory glassware and utensils on it for draining or directly carry out on grid laboratory experiments with the risk of possible splashing and leakage of laboratory liquids. Also, the laboratory table has a removable panel for drying laboratory glassware and utensils, made with the possibility of hanging it on the left or right side of the rack. At the same time, the laboratory table has the ability to connect to a single-phase alternating current network 220 V 50 Hz for working with power tools, as well as for lighting.

The laboratory table consists of two tables: a table with a flat surface (pos. 1) and a table with a built-in sink (pos. 2), assembled on welded frames from a 60 × 30 rectangular pipe and a 30 × 30 square pipe. The frame supports use adjustable feet to compensate for uneven floors. The tables are interconnected on the sides by two middle panels (pos. 3) and from above by a cover (pos. 4), which forms a single working area with the two surfaces of the tables. The surface is made of corrosion-resistant steel reinforced from below with channels of the same material.

The built-in sink (pos. 5) is a continuation of the working area, deepened relative to the common surface with a slope for draining liquids and a grid. The mesh can be dismantled to access the drain hole and clean the sink. Grid and sink are made of corrosion-resistant steel 1 mm thick.

The central rack consists of two shelves located one above the other. The lower shelf is an exhaust duct (pos. 6) for connecting an exhaust system. The bottom of the box is equipped with perforations for air intake and volatile substances. The top shelf (pos. 7) has the possibility of hanging two fluorescent or LED lamps. It also has a hole for pulling the exhaust channel to the lower box.

A removable panel with hooks (item 8) is provided on the side of the rack. The panel below provides a tray for collecting water. Hooks are designed for drying laboratory glassware and utensils.

The central cap (item 4), made of stainless steel, contains a natural gas tap (item 9) and a laboratory water tap (item 10) with a small polypropylene sink (item 11). They are located directly under the fume hood to remove volatile substances during operation.

Inside the rack, two sockets (item 12) are installed on each side on each side, for a total of four sockets for each work area. Sockets are used recessed with grounding with protective covers. Covers provide protection against hit in dust and moisture.
