FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying 20-120 mA electric current of 10-130 Hz frequency and pulse duration of 0,3±0,1 ms to kidney projection area. Амбулаторно, в поликлинических условиях проведено 2 двухнедельных курса лечения по 14 сеансов электростимуляции области проекции обеих почек спереди и сзади продолжительностью по 25 минут каждый при следующих характеристиках: частота импульсов от 30 до 100 Гц, сила тока 60 мА, время воздействия импульса 0,3 ± 0,1 мс с последующим после этой процедуры ежедневным комбинированным магнитно-лазерным воздействием на область обеих почек спереди и сзади, с длиной волны 0,89 ± 0,01 мкм, плотностью лазерного излучения 2,5 Вт/см², частотой следования импульсов лазерного излучения 50 Гц, магнитной индукцией 35 мТл. Время облучения каждой зоны 5 мин. Из гомеопатических препаратов назначены: Белладонна, Колоцинт, Берберис, Кантарис, Ацидум нитрикум. Время облучения каждой зоны 10 мин. Из гомеопатических препаратов назначены: Теребентина, Колоцинт, Кальциум фосфорикум, Сарсапарилла, Белладонна. В процессе лечения, на 9-й день диагностирована трансформация камней в лоханках обеих почек в виде изменения их формы и уменьшения наибольшего диаметра до 7 мм. Всего наблюдалось и пролечено в течение 6 месяцев 12 больных с несложными формами мочекаменной болезни. Из них 8 мужчин в возрасте от 21 года до 69 лет, женщин - 4 в возрасте от 32 до 58 лет. Средняя давность заболевания составляла 2 - 5 лет. У всех пациентов в результате проведенного лечения удалось добиться стойкого улучшения клинического самочувствия, причем у 10 из них наблюдалось достоверное исчезновение (в результате полного и клинически безболезненного растворения) камней, подтвержденное лабораторными, ультразвуковыми и рентгенологическими исследованиями, что составило 83,3%.
